  My mom went to fix the sealant around the windshield and they kept ordering the wrong part. They finally supposedly found the part but wasn’t and paid over $200 for it. A manager finally told her it would be $500 for the “right” part but will discount it to $300. My mom wasted over $200 for a part she didn’t ask for or needed and they have the audacity to still want to charge her $300?! No way! They’re too dumb to get the right the first two times I doubt they would ever get this right and be forced to pay another $300 for nothing. You’re better off going to any run-of-the-mill mechanic shop. At least they’ll probably do it right!

  Please don’t go to this dealership. Their salesmen are liars and swindlers. I first showed up with my fiancé and were told by a salesman by the name of Luis Chavez that they had just received a 2020 certified used Toyota Corolla with 40,226 miles but it was in service. I made an appointment for Today Monday at 1:00 pm to return to purchase the vehicle and trade in my car for it. This is where it starts to get fishy!!!!! When I arrived I asked for him because another Chubby Salesman was there to greet me as soon as I parked my grey VW Jetta. The Chubby salesman then proceeded to call Luis on his cellphone. When Luis Chavez finally came to greet me he went to check if the car was now available. He returned from speaking to a finance manager and stated that it didn’t pass inspection, because it was involved in a car accident and had a bent frame. After this he took me to the Fox Acura lot and I saw a 2024 Volkswagen Jetta. He told me the price on it was $23,900. This is where my instincts kicked in and told me not to trust this guy. I was right because the same Jetta was listed on their website for $21,787. Then later on I checked the Fox Toyota website and low and behold there was the 2020 Toyota Corolla I went for in the first place with a clean Car Fax. I’m super happy I walked out. Trust me they will use every dirty tactic in the book into swindling you to purchase one of their vehicles and make a profit off of you. They are not there as honest sales people or to help you get into a vehicle. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!! I took pictures of the Jetta to show my fiancé, and I also took a picture of the page stuck on the window with the vehicle’s information, to show to my fiance as well. If you compare the car in the website and the paper glued to the window the ViN numbers match. Also the 2020 Toyota Corolla is now listed on their website and it has a clean car fax with no accidents as listed on their website as well. I posted pictures of all of this. This dealership thinks they can make Suckers out of people. Word of Advice!!!!!

  Easiest dealership I have worked with. I was in and out in 2 hours. David Maldonado is amazing and makes the process really smooth. He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help as much as possible. I highly recommend this dealership.
