Hello my name is Janelly using my sister review account, i would like to thank Edgar Carrillo who assisted us with purchasing our new vehicle. So knowledgeable, understanding and very patient. It was a very smooth transition for being my first time purchasing a vehicle. Thank you Edgar for helping us meet our goal of purchase and I absolutely love my vehicle.
Had an appointment set up for an oil change at 10:15 they said it would take an hour and a half which is kind of ridiculous but I did it anyway.. fast forward 2 hours and 30 mins still not ready! Horrible customer service not even a greet when I walked into the door

Had such a wonderful experience all thanks to Edgar Carrillo!! He was attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. His professionalism, honesty, and dedication made this experience feel a lot more comfortable and very straightforward. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle— such an amazing customer service!!!
I would not recommend their service. We contacted Edgar and unfortunately had a very poor experience with the sales process and communication.
We were interested in a specific car and even offered to place a deposit, but he told us there was no need because he knew we wanted the vehicle. We completed the approval process and were told he would get back to us within 30 minutes. Instead, there was no communication, and later we were told he was busy and would follow up the next day.
After my second follow-up, he informed us that the car had already been sold. The lack of communication, urgency, and professionalism made the experience very disappointing.

I used to take my car since 2016.
But little by little good service started declining. This last time I called for an appointment for the battery check up
I told Octavio that i still had warranty he really didn’t mind so I asked price on tires and suddenly he changed so I told him that I was going to think about it meanwhile to give me an appointment for the battery.
He said it was done but I never received confirmation, waited à day to get the text for the appointment I called someone else answered and my appointment was confirmed thru à text message.
Im really disappointed, I feel that Acura doesn’t stand for honesty any more.
