  We rented a vehicle from this location on a Friday afternoon right after we left to the movies around the corner. When we left the theater, we got on the freeway we noticed vibrating on the vehicle we called right away to enterprise it was closed before seven: thirty. We tried there "emergency " number no answer . We had the tire brake on the vehicle. Our family nearly landed in a river. We were left to walk because they couldn't send an uber. This location doesn't inspect the mechanical parts of vehicles just to make a quick buck putting customer safety at risk ,and to top it off, they charged us taking money from Our account without consent for the repair of their vehicle, after their vehicle almost killed our family. We have rented from enterprise for years and never had these issues disappointing at service from enterprise

  I was treated with professionalism and greeted with a smile by the attendant, whom I witnessed multitasking. My time was respected and valued during my visit to the enterprise office. In and out in less than fifteen minutes. Well done!

  Terrible service, vehicle was supposed to be ready and when we got there, the manager told us that we needed to come back the next day because it wasn't ready for pick up. Picked up the vehicle the next day and it only had 1/2 tank of fuel. Told the employee and he just came up with lame excuses. This place is not what I'm use to when renting from Enterprise. Terrible experience.

  I reserved a car from the Yarbrough location. Yarbrough has always been so good. This time, the lady went through all the process, made me show her proof of insurance, but the card was not enough. She had to see that we had full coverage, but that wasn't enough. She had to see our $500 deductible. All that to tell us they didn't have a car. They sent us to Shamaley to get a car, instead where i had to go through the process again. Pickup was a breeze. Now im dropping off. I've been waiting for 15 minutes, my daughter has a final to get to in a bit and nobody is available to take in the vehicle. :-( Finally 19 minutes later someone came out.
