    Terrible service, vehicle was supposed to be ready and when we got there, the manager told us that we needed to come back the next day because it wasn't ready for pick up. Picked up the vehicle the next day and it only had 1/2 tank of fuel. Told the employee and he just came up with lame excuses. This place is not what I'm use to when renting from Enterprise. Terrible experience.

    I reserved a car from the Yarbrough location. Yarbrough has always been so good. This time, the lady went through all the process, made me show her proof of insurance, but the card was not enough. She had to see that we had full coverage, but that wasn't enough. She had to see our $500 deductible. All that to tell us they didn't have a car. They sent us to Shamaley to get a car, instead where i had to go through the process again. Pickup was a breeze. Now im dropping off. I've been waiting for 15 minutes, my daughter has a final to get to in a bit and nobody is available to take in the vehicle. :-( Finally 19 minutes later someone came out.
