- CLCristal LopezJul 20, 20261.0Hate the service of Mr Harris very hostile, we had a reservation he said he needed to charge more due to the vacuum not working so he was giving us a larger vehicle not needed didn't do an inspection with us of the vehicle will never get from this location again it’s a shame knowing this treatment when I book from enterprise for my company all the time.on top of that had to wait longer time for him to sanitize the vehicle he had available even though only needed a compact vehicle

When we left the theater, we got on the freeway we noticed vibrating on the vehicle we called right away to enterprise it was closed before seven: thirty. We tried there "emergency " number no answer . We had the tire brake on the vehicle. Our family nearly landed in a river. We were left to walk because they couldn't send an uber. This location doesn't inspect the mechanical parts of vehicles just to make a quick buck putting customer safety at risk ,and to top it off, they charged us taking money from Our account without consent for the repair of their vehicle, after their vehicle almost killed our family. We have rented from enterprise for years and never had these issues disappointing at service from enterprise

Picked up the vehicle the next day and it only had 1/2 tank of fuel. Told the employee and he just came up with lame excuses. This place is not what I'm use to when renting from Enterprise. Terrible experience.
