Eddie was professional and knowledgeable in his field. We will undoubtedly be using them again for our rental needs

I booked a vehicle 3 weeks ahead of time just for them to call me the day off to tell me they didnt have vehicles. I told the woman that called me, ok what is the solution? She told me she was going above and beyond for me, hung up on me, blocked me and notated my account so no one there could help me. I almost had to cancel my trip as it was nearly impossible to book another vehicle anywhere last minute. Luckily I went in person and some other guy was actually willing to help. He referred me to a different location and I ended up being able to go on my trip. Lesson learned and I will never book here again. That womwna literally got mad at me for not honoring what I reseved weeks prior. I am not one to waste time on reviews but this was unacceptable and an example of the most horrible customer service.
