  This place is atrocious, very unorganized, no one knows what is going on. They were over 1 1/2 hours late with my vehicle. Do not rent a vehicle from this location.

  Took too long to get a vehicle. Waited a long time to get the vehicle Also, monitor read maintenance required and couldnt get digital speed reading on the monitor on our entire trip or outside temperature reading. I also, thought price was high for daily rental charge.

  I can t believe these people can’t move any faster in cleaning the cars in order to get people out faster. They would rather have everybody sitting around waiting while the techs take their sweet time cleaning the cars. its not like they’re detailing. It’s been literally an hour for me. Worst than a doctors appointment. Seriously? Time to switch.

  I rented a Malibu and was repeatedly encouraged to upgrade to a different vehicle, which I declined. During the initial inspection, I was present with the associate, but he did not check underneath the car. He also overlooked several dents and told me they were not necessary to document. Fortunately, I took photos of the vehicle myself at the time of pickup. When I returned the car, I was told I was responsible for those same dents that I had pointed out earlier. I spoke with the manager and showed her my photos. She seemed unsure and called the original associate to verify my claim, asking me to step inside while they spoke. Afterward, she told me I would not be charged for those dents, but claimed there were damages underneath the car that I would be responsible for. I explained that the underside was never inspected at pickup, so there was no proof that I caused any damage. Despite this, she attempted to charge me $500 upfront. When I refused, she kept my $50 deposit. (Which I had to dispute with my bank and was granted the refund.) I was then told to wait for the claims department to contact me. Once they did, I disputed the charge, and they ultimately found me not liable due to the lack of proper inspection beforehand. This experience felt very unprofessional and misleading. And they have shady business practices. If you find yourself in this situation, document everything, don’t hesitate to dispute any charges, and avoid contacting your insurance until the claim is fully reviewed!!!

  I’m really upset! I don’t know why I came back to this place. I guess I believe in second chances but I shouldn’t have. I had a reservation for a truck and when I arrived at my appointment they told me they didn’t have my vehicle. They said that others had reserved it before me and that it was first come first serve. This is a reservation…. Not a waiting list! They are fast to take money from your account but when it comes to getting what you want , they don’t provide. And to top it off, the vehicle that I have, is dirty . It was never cleaned so I feel gross traveling in someone else’s filth and germs. The only reason I took the car is Because we are on a schedule but this car stinks and is dirty and it’s not even what I wanted for our trip!! If I could provide the pictures I took, I would. The only thing the customer service guy said was, “I’ll take note of it” Ugh great start to our anniversary getaway 😡
