  Worst experience ever. Had issues with 3 different reservations in the past 3 weeks. They were only able to fulfill ONE of the the three “reservations” i made. Their “solution”, which is what their staff say is for you to book the car 3 days before you actually needed, pay all those extra days you dont need… in order to have a vehicle by the day you need it.

  Waited almost 10 minutes to even see an employee, then 20 minutes to be acknowledged then another hour+ for them to have a car, that was reserved ahead of time, even ready. Not to mention the not so pleasantly pungent smell permiating in the lobby.

  Honestly this was my first time renting and it sucked. The tall skinny Mexican guy was super rude. Even though I was 3rd in line he made me wait to get my car (even though it was already ready). He helped 2 people who were behind us in line and made us wait 30 min to even discuss the car. I originally booked a mini suv as it was the cheapest but all the had was a hondoacivic and a minivan. We told him a Honda as we didn't need much room and he still gave us the minivan. He said "I swear you said the minivan" and basically strong armed us into getting the minivan because the civic was already rented to someone else. Honestly considering my sister in law also said she had a bad experience with him when she needed to rent a car like a month ago I don't think ill return to enterprise. If you're gonna go with enterprise, atleast go with any other worker. This guy was so rude, talked rudely at this coworkers and customers. Honestly I never write reviews but I was baffled at his behavior and attitude.

  Worst customer service, I made a reservation I went to the store and they said to wait because they didn’t have the van that I wanted so they give the option of wait there o leave. Supposedly they were going to call me back to let me know 15 minutes before they closed I wait till then and nothing I had to call to see what was going on and they only answer was oh yeah I was going to call you back We don’t have anything you can try another place we are closing now.

  I made a reservation on Monday, 6/8, for a 5:30 p.m. pickup. While I was on my way, I received a call apologizing because there were no cars available. I was told that vehicles would be available on 6/9 between 3:00 and 5:00 p.m. and that I could pick one up then so they modified my reservation. On 6/9, I called at 1:50 p.m. to confirm, and I was told that someone would call me back within a few minutes to verify everything. That call never came. I called again at 4:00 p.m. and explained that I had been waiting for the promised callback so I could come pick up the vehicle. At that point, I told them I didn’t care what type of car it was—as long as it was automatic. Here I am, two days later, still waiting for a rental car and without even receiving the courtesy of a follow-up call. This location left a lot to be desired. Poor communication and lack of reliability made this a very frustrating experience. NEVER AGAIN.
