  I am VERY disappointed in this service if I could give 0 stars I would they charged me twice when I told them I’ve already paid now I have 2 charges for this location I tried to call them multiple times they aren’t answering they weren’t even busy when I left my first car wasn’t ready so I had to get a new one that took forever just the whole situation was totally unprofessional and unacceptable if we’re being completely honest, I want all my money back without having to pay that whole at all now don’t feel comfortable at all don’t come here had to call customer service just to get through to someone

  I rented a car on montana Avenue here in El.Paso Texas.Allen had excellent customer service nothing compared to other rental cars. If u ever need a rental car Allen is the best. Allen went an extra mile for me EXCELLENT SERVICE.i highly recommend this agency. Thank you Allen for your excellent customer service.!!!!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
