  Excellent customer service, even when they’re completely swamped! Apparently, professionalism doesn’t have to disappear when the parking lot fills up. I picked up my rental at the Enterprise location off Mesa in El Paso and returned it on a Sunday at the Desert location. Both were incredibly busy, but somehow the staff managed to keep things moving without sacrificing customer service. A rare talent these days! Joseph, in particular, deserves some recognition! When I picked up the vehicle, he actually got inside with me and walked me through the main driving features. I’ve driven and rented more vehicles than I care to count, and he was the first person to ever do that. This vehicle had a rather unfamiliar shifter, so his little tutorial was genuinely appreciated. I even noticed him doing the same for another customer when I arrived. And really, considering how some people drive with features they’ve known for decades, handing them an unfamiliar vehicle without instructions seems like an unnecessary contribution to the chaos already occurring on El Paso roads. 😂 A little education might just spare a bumper, a pedestrian, or someone’s insurance premium! Fast-forward to Sunday when I returned the vehicle at the Desert location. Once again, they were absolutely slammed. And who happens to assist me? Joseph! He didn’t initially recognize me, but gave me the exact same attentive, friendly, and helpful service as before. He remembered me afterward, which actually made the interaction even better. That, to me, says everything. His customer service wasn’t dependent on remembering me, getting a good review, or having a slow afternoon. It’s simply how he treats people. Consistency speaks volumes. I’ve watched these employees work while completely swamped, and they still move with intention, maintain their professionalism, and make customers feel like people rather than the next transaction in an endless line. No frantic chaos, no unnecessary attitudes, just a team getting things done. Anyone can be pleasant when business is slow, the coffee is fresh, and nobody is testing their patience. Maintaining that same energy when the place resembles a Black Friday sale? That’s impressive. Joseph and the teams at both El Paso locations deserve recognition. The entire experience was seamless, efficient, and genuinely pleasant. Five stars for the service, and an extra imaginary star for potentially saving the rest of El Paso from drivers trying to figure out a new shifter!

  I had great service! The gentleman that helped me was very helpful. I did notice he was by himself and was multitasking. Answering phones,servicing the cars outside,taking appointment, etc,etc.He was definitely short of help. I waited till next day to have a car available. No problem once I got my car all was smooth.Good service from the gentleman. Will return...

  The company’s customer service has deteriorated. Had a rental booked weeks in advance, and no cars were available. Had to settle for a different vehicle the day from another location. It was also delivered late, dirty and with no gas.
