Came in on July 7, at 1149 pm for a quart of oil. Frank the store manager rudely rejected me saying the store closes at 1145. Company website says it closes at 12. I'll be reaching out to corporate

Auto zone used to be my go to for parts but in the last couple of years their customer service and knowledge has taken a dive. I called on July 3rd at around 2pm to inquire about 4th of July hours, the guy who answered was very rude and when I asked what time they closed on the 4th he told me 8pm. But then asked what time they opened and he snapped at me, “I already told you 8!” Hell no, you don’t talk to customers like that. I got pissed and told him I was asking about opening time, he said “7”, no apology, nothing. I think I’ll just get my parts online and skip having to deal with people like that. Do better Auto Zone.

The customer service was great! While picking up the items we needed Michael helped us from start to finish. We got there pretty close to closing time and didn't feel rushed. Michael kept a smile on his face and made sure my husband had everything he needed to complete the job. While walking out my husband and I decided we should only go to AutoZone at night while Michael was there!! Not sure if he only works the night shift but if he is working he will take care of his customers. Regardless, we wanted to share that you don't find great customer service like that anymore. Thanks for your help Michael!!!

Went to get a battery swapped out cuz we had warranty & although test came back 87% working & warranty still valid manager swapped it out. Car had died night before wouldn't start unless it got jumped when did get home 20+ min drive turned off car tried to turn it back on it had died again.

We had the best experience getting our battery replaced. It was due to the effort of frank that we had this experience. He took the time to run our vehicle through every test, the then used his professional expertise to help us fix our problem. Installation, Explaining how to prevent problem in the future, And teaching us how to find and use the tools used on during installation of the vehicle. Definitely will be returning.
