  We had a great experience with Alamo! The gentleman who assisted us, I believe his name was Zen, was extremely helpful and provided excellent customer service. He took the time to listen to what we needed and personally showed us the different vehicles available so we could choose the one that would work best for our trip and our needs. He was patient, friendly, professional, and never made us feel rushed. We really appreciated him taking the extra time to make sure we were comfortable and happy with our choice. He made the whole rental process easy and stress-free. Thank you, Zen, for going above and beyond to help us! We would definitely rent from Alamo again because of the great service we received. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  We received our rental p/u truck without any issues... We did purchase the extra insurance and thank God as there was a noticeable scratch on the driver's side that was pointed out to us on return... Jennifer at your EL Paso location was great with the close out... Alamo is a professional run organization from top to bottom... Please note: If you can afford it, pay the extra for additional insurance as people are ruthless in parking lots for shopping and hotels!!! Just a thought...

  Fast and easy check in and check out. Rented a 15 passenger van which was clean and comfortable. Friendly service. Definitely will rent again with Alamo Rent a Car. Thank you.
