Easy reservation on the app, easy check in, easy pick up, clean and new vehicle, and easy drop off. Always easy, excellent customer service and best price.

Alamo is the best rental company I have ever rented a car from. I will continue to rent from them whenever I need a rental car.

Had a mix-up maybe on my end with a out-of-state drop off. Agent was able to quickly change things around and accommodate. Easy pickup lightning quick drop off would do again favorite place so far thank you

Randomly charged my card months after my rental for no reason and took my weeks through Alamo corporate to receive my refund. Rent from a more honest and reputable company. UPDATE: if you leave Alamo a bad review, they don’t like that and put you on their do not rent list in the future.

Very disappointing experience with Alamo. When I returned the vehicle, they tried to hold me responsible for damage that was already on the car when I received it. Instead of acknowledging the pre-existing damage, I was put in the position of having to defend myself against a charge for something I did not cause. This experience made the return process unnecessarily stressful and left me with very little confidence in how Alamo documents vehicle condition and handles damage claims. I strongly recommend taking detailed photos and videos of the entire vehicle before leaving the lot, because you may need them to prove that existing damage was not caused during your rental. I expected a much more professional and fair process from Alamo.
