  It was very easy to make an appointment and the parts came in the time frame they told me. Parts were installed in a timely manner and they got us on the road again. We can’t thank you enough. We’ll be back!!

  This was the best car purchase experience I have ever had! Let me first say I do not like car shopping. The overall experiences in the past have been less than desirable. However, here it is an entirely different story. Went in to test drive a few cars. No pressure. No haggling. Mike Hail was patient with no full court press to buy a car. I made a decision quickly and easily. It was such a smooth process. Such great customer service that I am taking our daughter back in a few weeks to buyer her car. Ask for Mike. You won't be disappointed!

  Extremely quick, helpful service. Called 2 other dealerships trying to schedule service for my truck which had a serious safety recall, they were terrible to work with in comparison with VonDerAu! I had my 2 toddler boys and everyone was so kind to us. They had a nice little waiting area with a tv. I got there 20 min early and set my kids up with breakfast, preparing for a long morning, and they had it done by the time of my appointment! Enjoyed a morning at a park instead. Thanks VonDerAu!!!

  I feel the experience with Von Der Au Ford, and Ford Motor Company, was five stars. Working with Wesley was great. He was always available and listened to what I wanted. I was kept informed on the progress of receiving the truck. The promotions and interest free financing were much appreciated. I am 70 years old and have always owned a Ford truck. I am confident this F-150 XLT will be as good as all its predecessors.
