I wanted to post this to warn others and to see if any one has any other options to fix this issue.
I purchased a warranty on a vehicle from them in 2023. I sold that car back to another Bert Ogden dealership and purchased another car from them.
The issue now I have attempted on two occasions to contact this dealership so that they can process the remaining balance on the original warranty as a payment to me and I am unable to get anyone to respond to my calls or left voice mails.
I contacted the warranty company and the said I have to go through the dealership.
This is just a fair warning to anyone thinking about buying a warranty from Bert Ogden, they will ghost you about trying to recoup anything on the warranty but will hard sell when you in the the finance office.

Honestly had a nisson not under my name since i was younger, had a 2011 nisson Maxima that till now only had 117k miles. Only the latinos messed up 1x and the ac blew 3x but other than that nothing went wrong. Got a new nisson sentra 2026, love the car. Honestly give nisson 8-10 years or under 100k miles after that problems will start to happen
