We had a great experience working with Mr. Alfonso. He took the time to listen to our expectations and was incredibly patient throughout our entire journey. He was very knowledgeable about every option available and provided valuable feedback that helped us make the best decision for our needs. Thanks to his guidance, we felt confident in choosing the Rogue Dark Armor, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. We truly appreciate his professionalism, expertise, and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended! Enjoying our new Rogue Dark Armor!

If I could give negative stars, I would. Our 2023 Nissan Pathfinder has now been at Fiesta Nissan for over four weeks for a rear A/C refrigerant leak. We were told approximately three weeks ago that the necessary part had been ordered. Since then, we have received virtually no communication. My husband and I have called multiple times and left multiple messages with several people, including the assistant service manager and service manager. We have received no return calls and no meaningful updates about the status of our vehicle or when we can expect it to be completed. The only way we have been able to get any information is by physically going to the dealership and waiting, sometimes for an unreasonable amount of time. This is particularly frustrating because our son uses a wheelchair, and this is our primary vehicle for transporting him. Being without it for over four weeks has created a significant hardship for our family. Unfortunately, this is not our first negative experience with this dealership. At this point, I am left wondering who we are supposed to speak with to simply get basic communication about our vehicle. We purchased an extended warranty specifically so situations like this would be covered, but there is little value in having a warranty when a relatively straightforward repair cannot be completed or even communicated about in a timely manner. I am not expecting a repair to happen instantly. Parts can take time. What I expect is communication, accountability, and basic customer service. Four weeks without meaningful updates and multiple unanswered calls is unacceptable.

🌟 A Huge Thank You to the Fiesta Nissan Team in Edinburg! 🌟 We would like to take a moment to sincerely thank the entire Fiesta Nissan Team in Edinburg for making our recent vehicle purchase such a wonderful experience! We came in looking to trade in our vehicle for a new 2026 Nissan, and from the moment we walked through the doors, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and truly valued. A special shout-out to Ben, Jay, the finance team and the receptionist for their warm welcome and for making sure we were comfortable throughout our visit. Your kindness and hospitality did not go unnoticed! We would also like to give a very special THANK YOU and recognition to Alfred Garza for his dedication to serving Nissan customers. Alfred demonstrated exceptional customer service, patience, and genuine care throughout the entire process. He was kind, attentive, and made sure to answer every question my husband and I had. He took the time to explain the available promotions and helped us understand the best and most affordable options for our needs. Alfred, thank you for making this experience so positive and stress-free! 🙌🏼 The Fiesta Nissan Team in Edinburg truly goes above and beyond for their customers, and we are so grateful for the wonderful service we received. I was already approved by a bank before I went in which did make the process a lot easier. I checked out the cars and was told only one of them would work with my approval. They show me an estimate of the loan amount which was 25k at 18% (I know horrible but with challenging credit that’s what I was looking at) and the estimated payment was showing 655 for 72 months. I said I was okay with that and I didn’t want no add ons. Now looking back I didn’t really think about it but no way was the estimate even close to correct I’m guessing they marked something up to show me the 655 number and see if I was okay with that knowing they were going to add add ons, considering a 25k loan for 72 months at 18% should be around 580 (do you own math when they show you numbers!) I finally get into finance office after they filled out an application for gap without even telling me what that application was knowing I already said I don’t want any of that. When I got to the finance office I was told they had to switch my lender last minute and extend my loan to 75 months but the payment would stay around the same now 653. He tells me about gap and the extended warranty and told me removing them would not change my payment and basically tried to say it was for free. I should of spoke up because I knew that didn’t sound right but I needed to leave with the car that day and my mind was on finishing the paperwork and getting insurance as closing time for my insurance company was approaching. They have all the paperwork on an electronic tablet and they had me and my husband sign our names one time and they copied and pasted our signature on every paper and only zoomed into the signature area on the bottom where we could not even see any of the paperwork being signed by not even us but the finance manger copying and pasting our one signature. Once I get home and see my purchase agreement I realize my loan amount is 28k and the extended warranty was 3k. Then everything started clicking in my head how they showed me a false estimate to try and see what I was comfortable paying and then stretched my loan to 75 months to fit in their add ons. I went in a few days later and canceled the warranty to find out they also added 1k gap insurance as well. So 29k was my loan amount and then I recognized the application they filled out infront of me and had me sign was for the gap insurance they filled out literally right after I said I don’t want any add ones I want that 25k final price. Bert Ogden is known for these add ons tactics and even though I went in there saying no add ons they still got added on. The whole system of using an electronic tablet and having someone copy and paste your name on every paper is not proper and that’s how people end up signing things they did not read through and trusting the finance guy and sales people to honor your wishes! Let alone I wanted a more expensive vehicle and was told that would not work as the bank would only loan me 25k yet with add ons my loan was 29k and still the price I wanted to pay monthly. I do love the car and after canceling the add ons I will pay the car off 16 months earlier with a payment i was happy with but to feel bamboozled and like I could of got the car I really wanted is not a good feeling. I left the dealership happy with my car but with a very bitter taste over the whole buying experience. It’s not my first time buying a car I bought from Honda pre owned before and the experience was a lot more transparent and I signed actual physical papers that I was able to look over! Look at your purchase agreements and remember you can always cancel any add ons they sneak in there! No your payment won’t lower but your principal will and your loan length will shorten.

In all honesty I have mixed feelings about my experience here. Straight and to the point...if you are assigned a floor manager by the name of Ben...RUN AWAY! He uses horrible and unprofessional sales tactics. When I said I needed to leave and Id return he asked why I went there in the first place if I didn’t intend to buy. He said I still had time to get where he assumed to know I was going. He kept pressuring me to sign an offer I couldn't afford. They took my car for appraisal (trade in)and never brought it back to me. Ben, refused to release my keys to me unless I signed his offer. I asked for my keys 3 times. It took me an hour to get my keys and my car back. It was only because of my initial sales person and the receptionist that were trying to get them back for me that I was able to get them. I was seconds from calling the police. Why mixed emotions? Because I had dealt with Felicia on the phone the day before which brought me in to this location in the first place. Then I met up with Santi. Both were professional and were making a great impression. I was ready to buy but Ben's less than poor tactics ruined it all. Dealer's shouldn't hold clients hostage to force a sale. I had to get home to administer fast acting insulin to my diabetic mother. If you know you know what that means. UpperManagement did try to make it right but I just couldn't get over the lengths lower management stooped to and I ended up buying the same car elsewhere the next day. So mixed emotions because I feel for those that upheld their professionalism I had looked forward to closing a deal with them...but the saying is true. One bad apple spoils the bunch.
