Do yourselves a favor and avoid getting your vehicle fixed with this locations service department. Absolute joke trying to get anyone to pick up the phone and good luck leaving a voicemail when their voicemail box is full.
Updates on the status of your vehicle? Yeah, not gonna happen. You got feedback to give the service manager? Only if you're okay with him being condescending and unprofessional to you.
I seriously don't know how people deal with this kind of treatment from the service department but it has been an eye opening experience and I feel bad knowing other people will be experiencing this level of awful customer service.

Received a call from Fiesta Chevrolet regarding a free oil change and tire rotation for my recently purchased vehicle and long story short. I showed up 40 minutes before my scheduled appointment and they took 2 hours and 45 minutes to complete. Guy at the service center was helpful but was NOT expecting to spend almost 3 hours for a oil change. Unfortunately I will not be getting my oil changed there from now on.

The sales person David Cisneros provided excellent service and helped me find the perfect vehicle. But the sales manager provided an insulting trade in value for my vehicle. He showed zero interest to work with me on the numbers. Even with my good credit he came back with a high interest rate for a Silverado that is under promotions.

Salesman Max was great doing business with he and his manager juan got me the payment I wanted with big rebates on a new 2026 Silverado Ltz Z71 I appreciate there hard work and dedication and thx to the finance gentleman that closed the deal I’ve bought lots of vehicles with Bert Ogden and will continue for years to come.

Purchased a NEW vehicle this January.... STILL currently WAITING on the registration.... each and every time we have called the management team has no idea why, and says financing, "still has not emailed them back". We have spoken to 4 managers and are currently waiting for the gm, billey Kelley to email or call back... as of June 1'st they have not made contact, not even once, and we have called over 10 times from late FEB until TODAY to ask about the status of the registration. I have recorded conversations with multiple team members and managers that seem so flabbergasted at the amount of time that has passed yet fail to know a reason why or even give a call back with a reason. I have unanswered email requesting for a phone calls from them and nobody has bothered. This is causing anxiety and stress in our family because we do not even have a single reason as to why and have requested call back after call back and absolutely nobody has taken the time to give us even an explanation as to why it's been almost HALF A YEAR and we do not have our registration. Did this type of carelessness and ignorance happen when we were looking to purchase? Absolutely not, they were persistent and attentive through the purchasing process. So please be warned, from the experience I have had... from the multiple MONTH'S of proof... This dealership cares solely about the buyer acquisition and not the retention or satisfaction after the purchase. Please be warned for another related topic, If you have a trade in vehicle and it may have been painted or even if you had a scratch on your hood and they painted it.... the workers will try to tell you that it has been in an accident before so that you will be willing to trade in your car for less. These deceptive practices were experienced by us during purchase but I was able to explain to the young man that unbolting a hood and repainting it does not mean the vehicle has been in an accident. I asked if it was common practice for them to assume and communicate those things with people trying to trade in their cars, I do not remember his response. I can imagine an elderly person who does not know the complete vehicle history would be inclined to take a lower offer after this practice is applied to them. I do not take time to write reviews for anyone. This is after almost HALF A YEAR of asking employee after employee, manager after manager from Fiesta chevrolet at edinburg to please call me back. Good luck to everyone trying to purchase a vehicle, there are people out there happy to help you get a good estimate for your trade in so that companies do not take advantage of you. There are good companies out there who follow something called SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures) that allow them to grow and keep customer satisfaction at a high always. These procedures ensure that even after a purchase, consumers feel "taken care of" and thus can return and refer their family members right back.
