  One of the best buying a new car experience I've ever experienced. The two ladies that help seal my deal were knowledgeable, helpful and exceptional. Oscar listened to my history and did exactly what he stated. Kristen and Ikea were wonderful. The gentleman that did the finance paperwork explained all aspects of the process. I'm only one person but all that work at Fiesta Chevrolet are way above all others in there field. Great job Fiesta Chevrolet.

  Service here sucks. Why does it take so long to do something and all you see if the managers and staff standing around not doing anything. You have one employee cursing and vaping, that looks unprofessional. I have been here since 8:30 for a freaking oil change and it’s now 12pm. This is ridiculous service. Never again will I come here.

  Super satisfied with my purchase! Emmanuel Garcia was super helpful and super attentive! Knew what i wanted since the beginning and made the process fast and easy! Process went smooth , he got me the payment i wanted and drove off with it that same day! Highly recommend him for your purchases !

  I’d give zero stars if I could, and in response to your response. I’m not gonna go through another website to comment or respond. I’m gonna respond right here. You keep on using robots and nobody ever answers the phone. Speak to an actual person but trying to get through for three days straight that’s OK. I’ll just choose another dealership the next time I go you show up and everybody’s on the phone. I’m talking about the service riders to get your car serviced in about a third of them don’t even know what they’re talking about. How’s that response?

  We had such a wonderful experience buying our vehicle, and so much of that is because of our saleswoman, Kristen Richardson. She was so sweet, caring, patient, and truly made the entire process easy and stress-free. She may be young, but her drive, determination, and genuine care for her customers really stand out. She is absolutely an asset to Fiesta Chevy, and I have no doubt she is going to go very far in her career. Fiesta Chevy is lucky to have someone like her. We are so grateful for everything she did for us and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a vehicle! ❤️
