  Great customer service from all the employees. Have so much positive energy going in the building and getting taken care of correctly definitely recommend that location!

  They never answer their phone. They answered ONCE after days and days of trying to book a vehicle, and all they did was take down our info and said they would call us back. That was on wednesday, and we have been calling back ever since. I have called 6 times today with no answer

  Was determined to NEVER use enterprise services again due a very unpleasant experience regarding the management of roadside assistance and lack of proper communication with the customer in regard to available options. But Mr. Rodriguez, Albert took our concerns very seriously and made sure to make things right. He is the ONLY reason I’ll continue using enterprise services in the future. Thank you sir.

  We rented a vehicle at the Edinburg location on 7/7 and we were expected to have the rental till 7/13, we paid the full amount for those days on top of the fee they withhold for damages, etc. Our personal vehicle that was in the shop turned out to be ready earlier than expected, so we dropped off rental 7/10 in intact conditions. Till this day, July 24th we have not received our refund to which they state that that was supposedly already issued. We’ve had to go back and forth with this issue because it’s not only hard to get a hold of someone to assist you, but each time we finally do get a hold of a representative, they have stated different versions about the supposed refund, to which I have proof of the conversations. Our bank is now going to take over so we can finally receive our refund, very irritating!
