- BDBrenda DiazJul 2, 20261.0We reserved a 15 passenger van a month in advance to avoid exactly this situation. We showed up with our confirmation number and confirmation email, and the employee simply said, “We don’t have anything for you.” No explanation, no apology, and no effort to make things right. We were left without a vehicle and had to scramble to make other arrangements. Enterprise is quick to take your money and confirm your reservation, but when they fail to honor it, they do nothing to fix the situation. We definitely do not recommend Enterprise based on our experience.

I told them after checking my rental in that I would rent from them again and I meant it. Very nice selection of vehicles and you can tell they take of their inventory.

I booked the car online, arrived at the location, and picked it up within couple of minutes. The car was very clean and reliable. When returning the vehicle, another young man was also professional and polite, completing the inspection and acceptance process very quickly. Overall, a very smooth and pleasant experience.

I never requested any of those. I requested a mid size vehicle. I asked why wait half a day to let me know. Turns out they had a vehicle and the sent someone to pick me up. After that things went smoothly.
