- TBTerri BOct 8, 20261.0RUINED PLANS!!! BE prepared to have a plan B. We made a reservation in person to pick up car. Called to pick up vehicle and was told there was no vehicle for me. I then called customer service and left information so Area manager would be taking care of it and would call me back ASAP. Nothing was done! No call ! This is ridiculous !

- MFMichael FloresSep 22, 20265.0I needed a ride to pickup the car and I was dropped off when I turned in the vehicle. Enterprise delivered.
- CCClaudia ClosnerSep 18, 20261.0I booked a vechicle on line kept calling to make sure my rental would be available received no call no updates and didn’t receive a vechicle why keep booking if you know the lot is empty with no cars do not recommend
- FHFatcat HeartattackSep 14, 20261.0We rented a car and SUV a week in advance . When got to the place they did not have one available and was given a black Honda Civic instead (very different from an Suv)... fine.. No big deal. Living in the valley we must cross a check point. After crossing the check point we stop at a store some time after and when putting a drink in the side door holder did we discover a Marijuana container with 4 buds inside. We threw it away but now thinking how quick someone's life could change ... those drug dogs could have smelled it ... we could have gotten in trouble. We could be in jail/prison for something so simple like cleaning a vehicle that could have avoided that. With a huge company like Enterprise I am appalled by the lack of car and concern . We called to speak to mgmt who basically advised they would rotate the file. The fact that this could have been such a life altering situation that could have ruined lives and we simply got a "we'll document it" ... Im hoping this is a location issue and not an Enterprise as a company... I am absolutely disappointed, saddened, frustrated... that not even a simple apology was provided.
