  I had a great experience working with Gonzalo! He was extremely helpful, patient, and took the time to show me different models until I found the perfect one for me. I never felt rushed or pressured, and he made the entire process easy and enjoyable. I’m very happy with my new 2026 Subaru Outback and truly appreciate all his help throughout the process. Highly recommend Gonzalo if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful!

  My husband found a used 2024 used Forester Subara on line. We contacted Ogden and they seemed nice. They offered to bring it to us to look over and test drive. I stated several times to the man that brought it to us that we MUST have two "2" key fobes. We agreed to purchase it. We road over to Hyundai Ogden 3-4 blocks away. We had gotten a cashiers check from our bank to pay for it right out. First man we talked to was not nice at all. He got upset cause we refused to take out an extended warranty. The guy that promised a second key fob worked over and hour to take the Ogden plate off and put ours on. My husband was upset cause this kid had pulled the car into a close show room with the car running the whole time. That young man reluctantly helped me par our phones to the car. I'm 83 yrs old and NO one would show or teach us about any of the features on the car. Manager came out once I had really gotten upset about NO second Key Fob and stated if we bought on on line he'd pay to have it program in Edinburgh. Now we have to drive from Harlingen to Edinburgh..just cost us gas and 2 hours. We had already spent $200 on the Fab. Then I find out there's no key for that fob. Yes I can buy a key now and then pay to have it cut. This is the very last car I will ever buy do to my health. I remember in the old days buying a car was a wonderful and fun experience. Now I get to deal with getting the previous owners names off the Subaru Star Link and get ours on. Again NO HELP OR ASSIATANCE on getting everything in my name so I can use the Subara Star link. Again I'm 83 yrs and remember when I bought my Used Buick Onclave in KC,KS the dealer did everything fir me an took the time to assist..paid with check and drove off Totally happy. Even with their Service department. I know I'm not in the 1900s. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO LONGER CARE ABOUT YOU ONCE THEY GOT THEIR MONEY.

  My experience with Subaru was excellent from the moment that I walked in to the minute I walked out. Picking a vehicle was so easy. The team that I had helping me was great and I will definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you to Eric ,Hector, and Jazmin!

  EJ was a great salesperson. He was attentive throughout the entire process, and what really stood out to us was that he continued to help us even after the sale. His communication is excellent, and he has been very responsive whenever we have needed assistance. This is our second Subaru, and we are looking forward to having a more positive experience than we did the first time. EJ has already gone above and beyond by helping us navigate the service department, and we truly appreciate his continued support. We are very grateful for his professionalism, dedication, and commitment to making sure we are taken care of even after the purchase.

  Had a great experience buying my 2026 Subaru Crosstrek. I called ahead to go over my conditions for the deal. Sammy, my salesman, had already talked to his boss before I got there& they were prepared for my expectations. They agreed to my terms & it was very smooth to get out the door after that. Jasmine was also excellent as the finance person, & answered all my questions, so my financing went very smooth. Overall a pleasant & efficient car buying experience. I'm very happy with my car.
