  Manager was very disrespectful. Face turns red while talking to customers. Lots of horrible things about management here especially the lead. This is coming from several customers as well.

  Love the car but the dealership needs new management. Try calling and see if anyone answers. Someone answers, transfers you to receptionist who never answers yet she’s sitting at the desk. Came to dealership and people were there also to complain and said they had been waiting on a manager for 2 hours. 2 sales people told us not to call store. That their service sucks and instead said to call them directly. If they all know service is horrible why don’t they do something about it?

  They reached out to me today with an AI bot. Using automated software to talk to customers is peak bad business practice. Don’t use AI to talk to people about booking appointments plain and simple.
