  Salesmen Carlos and Justin were great, they helped us get into vehicle quickly and were very professional. Jazmin the finance manger was wonderful and very personable. She made the finance portion easy and quick.

  This was my first time purchasing a vehicle of the respective year and ALL of the salespersons here at Bert Ogden Mazda in Edinburg were all sincere and forthcoming about the CZ-90 we were interested in buying. Tony-sales manager, Gonzalo, and our direct sales person Justin were marvelous in providing us the best avenues of approach toward a good deal which we were able to reach. We were Justin's 1st sale and he is the man to contact and Ill tell yall why. While I spoke with Justin he shared that he followed his father's advice in life that "think of others and not yourself" and its in this philosophy I personally opin that he will treat a prospective customer with the utmost dignity, respect, and thorough breakdown on the vehicle you would like to purchase from this Mazda car lot. This will not be our last Mazda and it will not be the last time I greet any of these guys when I return. BTW, I would be remiss if I did not mention Alfredo in the Financial dept of Mazda that made us feel very comfortable not simply due to the famous TexMexlinguality but the helpful insight on areas of insuring the vehicle and any other questions we queried about the financial loan aspects of our new car. Thank you Mazda for a great experience and my wife's 1st brand new car of this year 2026. 🤩

  Sept. 30,2026 I traded in my Mercedes 2025 for a Mazda CX 90 at Bert Ogden in Edinburg, Texas. I test drove the Mazda and I was extremely impressed and I totally loved it. From the Bose system to the large navigation screen, The leather seats with cooling and heating Are amazing and in necessity to have down in the valley. But most of all I had an amazing sales person by the name of Carlos. He was truly An exceptional sales person who really devoted himself to us. He was attentive, Knowledgeable, patient and kind and individual. I will definitely recommend him to all my friends in Weslaco, Texas. He made my buying experience a memorable one.   Horrible service. I reported a loose front door panel one week after buying my car brand new. I was told a clip was broken, the panel needed replacement, and the part was backordered. Over a year later, I never received a call or the replacement panel. I returned on a Saturday, waited almost two hours, and they still didn’t order it. Instead, they want me to come back on a workday for another inspection—even though the panel is visibly loose and moves. Then I’ll have to return yet again whenever the part arrives, with no courtesy vehicle provided. That’s potentially three missed workdays for a defect reported one week after purchase. After more than a year of waiting, I should not have to keep coming back just to get the original problem fixed.
