  Great experience today! I told my sales representative exactly what I was looking for, including my budget and desired monthly payment, and they helped me find the perfect car. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, from selecting the vehicle to financing. Everyone was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle!

  My experience with Mazda's service department was extremely disappointing. First, they overcharged me for a simple oil change. Furthermore, the service took approximately two and a half hours, which I consider unacceptable for such basic maintenance. What's most concerning is that, after expressing my dissatisfaction through a negative review based on my actual experience, they are now refusing to service my vehicle. I believe a company should accept customer feedback and use it to improve, not retaliate against those who express an honest opinion. The customer service left much to be desired. A dealership should focus on providing solutions and maintaining a professional relationship with its customers, regardless of whether the feedback is positive or negative. Unfortunately, my experience makes me question this dealership's commitment to customer satisfaction.

  I am extremely disappointed with the service at this Mazda dealership. A few months ago, my cousin brought his vehicle in for maintenance and was treated poorly by the staff. Because of that experience, he left an honest negative review describing what happened. Today, when he returned to the dealership, the situation became even worse. Instead of addressing his concerns professionally, staff members allegedly treated him differently because of the review he had posted. He was made to feel unwelcome and was essentially told that because he left a negative review, they were not interested in helping him. A dealership should value customer feedback, even when it is critical. Punishing customers for expressing their honest opinions is unprofessional and reflects very poorly on customer service. Respect and professionalism should be provided to every customer regardless of whether their previous experience was positive or negative. Based on these experiences, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality customer service.

  No soy clienta de ellos afortunadamente pero mi hermano si y el mes pasado tuvo una mala experiencia e hizo un mala reseña algo que yo sepa no está prohibido en este país hoy cuando gue por su servicio de mantenimiento (Unicamente cambio de aceite) le negaron el servicio por haber dejado una mala reseña cuando llame pidiendo un poco de información al respecto me dijeron que el supervisor estaba en un meeting que demoraba 30 minutos le dije à la persona que me contesto que si me podia dar su nombre para llamar dentro de 30 minutos para preguntar por el señor directamente a lo que me colgo el teléfono Volvi a marcar y me contesto otra persona diciendome que no había nadie disponible para atenderme en español entiendo como dealer Que tienen su derecho de atender a quienes ellos decidan pero llevo muchos años comprando autos y en mi vida había visto tal incidente es una pena que creen tan mala reputacion y tenga tan mal servicio al cliente y tan malos dirigentes y suoervisores en el lugar no se lo recomendaria a nadie
