  The best car-buying experience yet! Massive shoutout to Alex Villarreal at Bert Ogden Cadillac in Edinburg! Car buying can usually feel overwhelming, but Alex completely changed the game. He answered all my questions, walked me through all the features of the vehicle, and worked hard to make sure I left happy.   I can’t say enough great things about Bert Ogden Cadillac! I wouldn’t go to any other dealership because they consistently go above and beyond every single time. A special thank you to Roel Esquivel, Service Manager, who truly cares about his customers. Roel always goes above and beyond to make sure all of my needs and concerns are taken care of. Whether I’m buying a new vehicle or bringing my car in for service, I know I’m in great hands. Every time I’ve purchased a vehicle here, I’ve received the best deal and have never once felt like I was being taken advantage of. Their honesty, professionalism, and customer service are unmatched. When I bring my vehicle in for service, I’m always greeted with a smile by Roel and Richard. They make the entire process easy, keep me informed, and get my car in and out as quickly as possible. Their kindness and willingness to help truly set them apart. In my opinion, Bert Ogden Cadillac has the best customer service of any dealership in the Rio Grande Valley.   Great general manager but the employees are too lazy and dont acknowledge you . I asked one of their employees to give me the number of there technicians to install an ev charger at home . And I been waiting for 2 hours for it . And the employee keeps eyeing me out and passing by and nothing

  Had my xt4 sent it due to giving my wife trouble while I’m on the road working DOMINIC took care of us and handle our service with very well communication in place and professionalism. Definitely appreciate him getting the suv back to my wife in a timely fashion matter. Couldn’t be happier with everyone who helped get my truck serviced thank you Dominic and everyone at Bert Ogden Cadillac.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Bert Ogden Cadillac. The entire team did a fantastic job taking care of my vehicle. They completed the recall service, performed a detailed video inspection, and even washed my car before I left. The waiting area was very comfortable and family-friendly, with complimentary Wi-Fi for my kids’ tablets, along with drinks, coffee, and pastries. The extra amenities made the visit much more enjoyable. A special thank you to Dominic and Isabel for going above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. I also want to recognize the mechanics for their hard work and attention to detail. The service was so good that it was well worth the drive. Unlike my experience at the luke fruia dealership in Brownsville , Bert Ogden Cadillac truly made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you to everyone at Bert Ogden Cadillac.
