- GBG BTJul 28, 20261.0The absolute worst. In Oct 2025 we bought a 2026 Platinum Sport that after only 1 month of purchase had an electric failure. After that, we’ve had multiple electrical failures (different ones), a green screen, the retractable step would not close, the door wouldn’t close, and one in particular made it nearly impossible to drive (the seat would not move in any direction and it stopped working right after exit mode, so it was really hard for my mom to drive it to the dealership). After requesting for a new vehicle or a solution (since we no longer want a vehicle that has given us so much trouble and time wasted at service), the dealership offered taking the vehicle as trade-in to buy a new vehicle but they offer an amount where we would be losing money (since we had already given a down payment and another trade-in vehicle that was already fully paid). This is ridiculous for a “Luxury Dealership”, the quality of such an expensive vehicle and the irrational solutions they give us, are making this experience at Bert Ogden Cadillac the worst we’ve ever had. Don’t waste your money.
