  Manager didn't want to honor the price on shelf, she was really rude..went to another location and they did respect the clearance price tag

  The Manger Sonia has a really bad attitude towards clients no respect what so ever she thinks she owns the store.She has to go just saying,I send my wife to change a thermostat houseing that is under warranty and she didn't want to value the warranty because she said the part I purchased was no more that two weeks.This thermostat stuck open while running.she said she was going to change it but would no longer value the warranty for the part so much for lift time warranty.I called and asked for the manager,she got upset she wouldn't listen to what I had to say trying to explain what was wrong with this part she wasn't having it ,talking over me and hung up on me.I think she's not fit to be a manager.She may need Anger management classes.I always buy all my parts at autozone Im mechanic and have a lot of clients that trust my work,but I guess I will have to go somewhere else where they will value my business.She said if I had just put water with no antifreeze.When she was looking for the warranty on my account she saw I had purchased the antifreeze with the thermostat houseing.Check before talking.She said the thermostat houseing look like it had no antifreeze on it and that was because I cleaned it before taking it back.So it wouldn't be spilling antifreeze all over place.

  Muy mal servicio de parte de la sra. SONIA nos atendió de muy mala manera y con cara de no querer vender , si no quiere trabajar pues que se quede en su casa , por favor hagan algo con esa sra.
