- ADAaryan DolezalMay 6, 20261.0I am almost certain the worker messed up my obd port. He spent a good 2 minutes just shoving the scanner plug into the obd port, really struggling. After I whisperd to my friend that I would look at the plug before shoving something into it, he then he finally looked at the plug and was able to plug in his scanner. After that he wasn't able to clear codes and didn't even offer a print out of the codes welp... Took it to my buddies to get scanned. None of his scanners connect. His nicer obd scanner said there was a canbus communication failure. As in perhaps a pin from the obd port got messed up. The obd port is also bent and visually messed up. This is an extremely expensive repair for 5 minutes of negligence from the worker. And on top of all of that he seemed like he didn't want to help us or thought we don't know anything about cars. I AM NEVER COMING BACK HERE!!!

Yes we do offer free battery installation on most products with purchase. We will also recycle and test your battery for free regardless if you bought it from us. Battery testing and installation is available at most of our locations.

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
