  Great service, great team! I brought my vehicle in with a flat as they were about to close; they got me in quickly and repaired it for free. Definitely recommend!

  This was the worst ran tire shop I have ever been to . Had an 11.00 appointment and when the time came they said that they couldn't fix the tire the tread was to thin, so my son called me and said he would need to borrow for a new tire , I said okay and when he went back into the store to tell them to go ahead and put a new tire on , the manager said his new appointment time was 3.00 pm . So we decided to go to discount tire the next day. make that make sense

  Fantastic service, came for an alignment and they got me right in on a Sunday and I was even able to bring it back in for a quick recheck do to my steering paranoia. They are gracious and honest, Dusti and Robert are great and I'll definitely continue to do business with these guys!

  Yesterday my Mother in Law had the best experience at Mavis. Tommy, Dusty and Robert helped her after she went from tire place to tire place. They were kind and fixed the issue when other places denied her or tried to sell her new tires.   Has anyone had trouble with Mavis Tires in Granbury? I was at work and unable to help my wife buy tires. She called around and Mavis said they had 2 tires for $75 each. I told her to go get them. She got the 2 tires for $248 buy the time they were done. First they told her she told them the wrong tire type, then charged her for each thing from mounting, balancing, ect. I will never send my wife back to this store again. She told them the numbers they asked for off the tire and the type of car she had. I just looked at the website and the tires are on clearnece for $63. Dont send your wife or daughter they will take them to the cleaners. I told her she should have left or called me, she said they made it sound like it was her fault that it cost more.
