    We had a bad experience with them 😞 my brother rented a car in Minneapolis in August 16th to drop off in eagle pass on August 17th, he dropped the car off in eagle pass around 2:45 pm. It was around 2 hours before the time expected. But in Wednesday 19th they were texting to my brother saying that he never went to drop the car off when he did it we called to both branches eagle pass and Minneapolis to ask about this situation and they say the same thing the car wasn't drop off. Thursday my brother called at eagle pass again by morning and they said that they already checked the cameras and there wasn't any video were he went to drop the car off. After that I called in Minneapolis they said " We already checked and everything is good " So, I can't believe why is this happening in a big and international company like Enterprise is. I feel disappointed 😞

    Horrible Service.. Online it says you can rent a vehicle with a Debit Card you just need to provide more information and when you get there they tell you only Credit Cards..
