  Went in the other day to check my battery, it turned out to be a bad battery. Robert Salinas helped me with a purchase of a battery and installed it in my ford truck. Very knowledgeable, very friendly and changed it out really quick. I’ve recommended him to several friends and colleagues.

  I had an excellent experience with AutoZone thanks to Robby Salinas. He went above and beyond helping me change my windshield wipers and made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free. Robby was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and respectful the entire time. He didn’t just point me in the right direction — he actually took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly and working perfectly before I left. It’s rare to come across employees with that level of customer service anymore. Robby represents AutoZone very well and clearly takes pride in helping customers. Because of employees like him, I’ll definitely continue coming back to this location. Highly recommend asking for Robby if you need help, outstanding service from start to finish.

  Engine light came on so we took truck to get it scanned and guy came and said he couldn't do it because our connection thing was loose. Guess they were closing soon so he did want to help, still had 30 minutes before closing time. The next day we went to O'Reilly in Carrizo Springs and were helped. Weird how they were able to scan truck right away, no issues. Would give 0 stars if I could.
