- MMMelissaApr 19, 20261.0Why is it that this big name brand convenience store has people in there that don’t know the brands of cigarettes or snuff. The ones that are on duty don’t want to help you really look at them try to walk off. I have worked for convenience store before for a number of years can’t even get concerned to work year even with years of experience but this company must not even care how their stores are ran. It’s so sad how things are these days go some where and the customer service is the worse. I’m thinking it getting time to find another place to shop for our cigarettes and snuff and gas. Because service like this isn’t working for us anymore. Sad times we live in. The rewards don’t really mean all that much when the customer service is as bad as it is. And this is how nasty the store looks when you pull up too it. This is what you want your customers to show up too. This shows who ever is at work on duty don’t care to do their job or care for the store they work at. This is sad sad stuff

Yesterday wasn't special hardly anyone was there just like 3 workers and 3 customers including myself. So WHY were all the frozen lemonades EMPTY? While they were up there conversing and skinning and grinning? This is how businesses start going to trash. Well I told you so when you wondering! Makes no sense why little things can't be done.
