Customer service was great. Costs more than a different car wash for the basic was. But the other car wash free provides air fresheners and individually wrapped wipes. I appreciate the spray bottles filled with all purpose and widow cleaner but the towels had a mildew smell.

Service there in person is great. Though I haven’t used the service in about 8 months. Tried to cancel my subscription via phone - no one picks up or able to leave a voicemail. Done the submission online five separate times. But still charged to the card. I no longer live in the area otherwise I’d stop by n cancel my account vs having to finally cancel my card to avoid being charged for another month of not using the package I paid for a year ago.

We’ve visited this location several times during the week and on weekends, and unfortunately, the service is consistently disappointing. The employees don’t seem happy to assist customers, and there are never clean towels available to dry the car—they’re always wet and smell terrible. Management definitely needs to step up.It’s frustrating because this location is right down the street from our new home, yet I would rather drive farther to my old, reliable location for better service in GP. So much for convenience!
