  We went today 4/11/26 and this is not the first time the staff un unhelpful, they were all on their phones and were ignoring us when we asked for clean towels. We asked to speak to a manager and they said there was no one there to help. Also asked for phone number to call and file a complaint and they didn't provide us with a number either. At this point I would like to speak to someone that is in charge of this location and cancel my memberships.

  A very nice, clean establishment with friendly staff. The car wash itself does an excellent job and the vacuuming area has nice towels, air guns, and full bottles of cleaning spray.
