  Paid $13 for my car to look like this. Soap was left on the front hood and on the side. Dirty still all over the windows. My car wasnt even being pulled through on the belts. The guy had to stop look to make sure my car was in neutral and then went and turned it back on for me to sit there until another car pulled up. I had to put my car in drive at the end because it stopped pulling and was scared the other car would hit me. I pulled around to ask if I was able to go back theough since my car obviously did NOT get clean. I wad told "yes for another $13 and we have towels if you want to wipe off the dirt."

  Priscilla is very unprofessional. She has no business being a manager. She didn't have to knowledge to print a simple receipt. This was my 2nd time coming to this location. The guy last week was very knowledgeable. I needed a receipt because I was using my company card and all expenses has to be accounted for on my expense report. Receipts aren't offered at the kiosk. I paid for my wash and asked the young man for a receipt. He told me to go through the wash and he get my receipt afterwards. I did so then I was told by him that they don't give receipts. I explained my situation and he finally gave me Priscilla number who was sitting in her car watching and texting him to tell me she's busy. Later he said she was on break. I called she didn't answer then he said that's her sitting there in the white car. I approached the car and at that moment she hopped out irate. I explained to her what I needed and she continued to say we don't give receipts. After noticing i wasn't leaving without a receipt she finally called someone to walk her through the process. I'm a member also so I know customer service and having people skills is a must. Priscilla does not need to be in a position of leadership when she can't manage simple task.

  When I arrived the place wasn’t doing car washes, i vacuumed out my car the worker was very nice to me so I’m satisfied

  Ms.P the site manager is so gracious and sweet! I came on a day where the actual eash station was closed for maintainance but she let me know that they folks are free to use the vacuums and towels and sprays!!
