I am extremely disappointed with both the damage caused to my vehicle and the way this situation has been handled.
During my visit, employee Marissa scrubbed the emblem on my vehicle with a brush, causing it to break off completely. The emblem did not simply become loose—it fell off. I then had to go ask for the emblem, at which point I discovered it had been placed on an employee's cart. Marissa admitted that the damage was her fault, and I appreciated her honesty. However, the handling of the situation afterward was unacceptable.
No one proactively informed me of the claims process or explained the next steps. Instead, I had to ask how to submit a claim for the damage caused to my vehicle. Even after submitting the claim, I still had to contact corporate myself to initiate an inquiry and seek updates regarding the status of the matter.
What was even more disappointing was my interaction with the location manager, Ms. P. During our conversation, there was no apology for the damage to my vehicle, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience I experienced, and no acceptance of responsibility on behalf of the location. While accidents can happen, customer service, accountability, and professionalism should not be overlooked.
The issue is not only that my vehicle was damaged. It is the lack of communication, ownership, and concern shown throughout the entire process. When an employee admits fault and damage occurs while a customer's vehicle is in your care, customers should not have to chase down information, contact corporate for assistance, or seek basic acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused.
Based on my experience, there is significant room for improvement in both customer service and claims handling. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and implements changes to ensure future customers are treated with greater professionalism, transparency, and respect.

Under the new owner and/ or leadership this place is awesome! All the vacuums work and they have a strong suction and it was clean and very pleasant! Love the clean towels and glass cleaner and interior cleaner that was available! The two young ladies we super great! Walked around and asked if I needed anything!! I will most definitely come back and sign up for the membership

the wash was great workers were doing there thing staying busy but to see Mrs P here on her off day means that she really makes sure her site is running as it should thank you for cleaning it up and bringing good energies back to this site car was clean a few blowers out but mrs p said give her some time it will be fixed and i believe her look at the change now you can smell the soaps

I had a great experience at Whistle Express Car Wash in DeSoto. The staff was friendly, professional, and worked quickly to get my car looking spotless. The wash itself did an excellent job removing dirt and leaving a nice shine without missing any spots. I also appreciated how clean and well-maintained the facility was. Definitely one of the better car washes in the area, and I’ll be coming back again. Highly recommend!
