If I ever have a question about work or potential work Charlie always answers questions with a care and precision that does not go over my head 10/10 recommend They service everything our ‘06 dodge ‘03 Chevy ‘22 Chevy ‘18 Chevy ‘26 jeep We’ve had them repair major electrical problems, replace breaks Alternators Engines Fuel pumps Air conditioning systems Entire brake systems Oil changes And the list goes on. Cannot say it enough Great group of folks
- WMwynton mcclainSep 14, 20262.0I will be the first to say that they do good work. My main issue is the little to no transparency on how long it'll take to complete the service/repairs. If you think you'll have to hold it over the weekend, tell me that before I leave my car so I'm not stranded over the weekend. If your not sure you can get that part in time, just be upfront about that. These folks have been in business for a long time, and so I don't doubt the quality of their work. But it seems to me that it takes entirely too long for them to do basic maintenance and repairs. Why don't you hire more mechanics to work on site? Are just trying to save money? Don't you get a lot of business? Wouldn't it be worth it? Whatever.
