What is the point of making a reservation and you MAY OR MAY NOT get the car you reserved or the time you reserved!!! SO FRUSTRATING!!! They could care less…. If you have a timeline you are trying to keep DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!! Omgosh!!!!!!! I am currently still waiting for my car 49 minutes later

The staff is very helpful, always gets me in the vehicle class I request, and they are also very patient. Even when the line gets long and they get busy, they are always cool and calm, and attentive to all of their customers.

They had someone posing as a PI try to intimidate my family as well. This is all ILLEGAL!! This is AFTER we found a bed bug & roach infestation in the previous car. And this is how we’re treated. RETALIATION. And corporate didn’t do anything but transfer us to the Desoto office, who lied & said they would credit us but didn’t! Completely unprofessional & incompetent. Do not rent with Desoto ERAC! They do not value OR respect their customers!!
