  They were so nice here Rented my vehicle in Forney but returned here in the DeSoto office. I didn't have a way home and they took care of me and got a Uber to take me home and they paid for it. Both places were so nice and professional. Will recommend Enterprise highly

  I had such a great experience at the Enterprise location in DeSoto! I came in on Sunday around noon to book my rental, and Brandon was the person who assisted me. He was extremely helpful, professional, patient, and genuinely pleasant to work with. He made the booking process easy and stress-free, and he took the time to make sure I understood everything and had what I needed. It’s not every day that you come across someone who provides such great customer service and makes you feel welcomed and valued as a customer. Brandon definitely deserves recognition for the way he represented Enterprise. I truly appreciate his kindness and professionalism, and I hope management knows what a great employee they have. Thank you, Brandon, for making my experience such a positive one! You definitely deserve 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  I want to take this moment to thank Robert and the staff on my previous rental. Everyone was so helpful Courteous and Professional I always enjoy renting from this location. I am a truck driver and when in need of a vehicle to go to the dentist or visit my family and spend time with my fiance they are a big help I highly recommend this facility with the great service Everyone provides.

  This place is a joke and trying to get their car fixed off of my insurance. We haven’t had any rain, bad weather, certainly no hail, but yet they tried to place a claim on my insurance for hail damage. I went 200 miles in 5 days in their car, while my car was in the shop getting repaired from a wreck (with insurance). Scammers…you better watch them, have evidence! Take pictures, video, and get the names of who helped you. They are crooks! I’m ready! You want to lie. Let’s take it all the way to court.
