  The people are nice and I had no issues with the rental, once I actually got it. But, the phone hold times are completely outrageous and the wait times in the office are just ridiculous. I waited an hour for them to pick me up from the bodyshop. And, then once I got to the rental office, it took them 45 minutes to get me into a car. And, the parking lot is a nightmare. I'll never use this location again and would urge you not to.

  I had a very disappointing experience with the Enterprise location in DeSoto, TX. After returning my rental vehicle, I was informed that it allegedly had hail damage and was presented with a claim that I strongly dispute. In my opinion, the evidence I was shown does not clearly establish that the damage occurred during my rental, and I continue to challenge responsibility for it. What concerns me most is the inspection process. A scanning device was reportedly used when the vehicle was returned, but I do not recall the same type of inspection being performed when I received the car. I believe that consistency is important when determining responsibility for alleged damage. I was also surprised to see paperwork that appeared inconsistent with my understanding of where the vehicle was returned. On the same day, I rented another vehicle from the DeSoto location, which has added to my concerns about the accuracy of the records. As a customer, I expected transparency, clear documentation, and fair treatment. Instead, I’ve spent significant time disputing a claim that I believe is unsupported. If you rent from this location, I highly recommend: * Taking detailed photos and videos of the vehicle from every angle before leaving the lot 📸 * Recording the pickup and return process if permitted * Keeping copies of all paperwork and receipts * Carefully reviewing any damage claims before accepting responsibility Hail damage often consists of many small, round dents spread across horizontal surfaces such as the roof, hood, and trunk lid. The images you’ve shown don’t clearly demonstrate that kind of widespread pattern. I hope Enterprise reviews its inspection and documentation procedures so that future customers don’t have a similar experience

  The level of disappointment in this location is astounding. I use to love this location but over the past few months the customer service has become non existent. The cars don’t be clean or they smell horrible. The wait time is ridiculous. My biggest complaint is when you call they leave you on hold for eternity and when you do get someone they seem to always have an attitude. For my last 3 rentals I have had to call them just to get my ticket closed out. You guys have really got to do better.
