I have scratches in the front of my vehicle and it seems to me that this isn’t the first time this has happened to a customer after reading the reviews. I will be filing a claim with my insurance company if they don’t follow through and pay for the damages I have videos and pictures and will take further action. IM NOT LETTING THIS GO!!!!!! the first time their car wash broke my windshield wipers now I have scratches all over my car. Do not go to this place. It’s ran down vacuums don’t work half of the time and you have to dry your own car in 100° weather If you don’t want your car damage don’t come here I canceled my membership immediately I had to go through the car wash twice just for my car to get cleaned and it still wasn’t clean and this is not the second time this happened.

I used to love coming here but lately it seems like the price for the cheapest wash is becoming more and more expensive. When I started coming years ago it was $5 and then it was $10 and most recently I believe it was an astounding $15 for a single wash. I will likely not be returning. Soap and water couldn’t possibly have gone up that much in price the past few years. In addition to this, their vacuums are almost always broken or missing now.
