- KKKaren KeithMay 4, 20265.0I love Tommy’s Express. I have a monthly membership so I can come whenever my car needs a wash. I wish they would build one near Argyle, Robson Ranch would love that, we tend to be clean car nuts. Vacs are always in good order, the people are nice and helpful.

- YYYvetteMay 2, 20265.0I love it here. I have the membership so I can just drive right through without dealing with payment every time. Several options to fit your budget and needs. Friendly staff, lots of vacuums which all seem to work. I just wish they’d stay on longer than a few minutes because I hate having to go push the button to start the vacuum again haha. I almost don’t want to recommend them because I don’t want it to get super busy and make it hard for me to get in and out BUT they’re awesome.

- LCLatisha CamposanoMay 1, 20261.0January I purchased my new Cadillac, I decided to buy a carwash membership. I decided to go with Tommy's because it's located close to my home and there are never any lines. I've used both the Teasley Lane and Mayhill Road locations. I stopped going to the Mayhill location because it doesn't completely rinse the soap off my car. In March after going through the wash, I had scratches on the hood of my car. I immediately showed staff. They were apologetic, took pictures, and told me Dason the manager would call me the next day. I never heard from him. The next day I called and let them know I had time stamped video footage from when I left my home, 5 minutes before to prove my car didn't have any damages. Again the staff was nice and apologetic and promised the manager would call me back. He never called. My husband and I called over 10 times, speaking with staff (Trinity, Scott, Adam) each reassuring us this would be taken care of and that Dason or Mike the owner would contact us. NEVER did anyone ever contact us. They did keep charging me the monthly membership fee though. I canceled my membership and took my business to Clean and Green. They offer touchless washes and their customer service is Top Tier. BEWARE and take notice: there is a reason no one goes to Tommy's Carwash. ***I will update this review if a resolution happens.
