I want to give full transparency, as I do in all my Google reviews. But I must start with the positive in the situations. The owners and employees are very friendly and efficient with the task they are provided with. I originally scheduled an appointment for the front to windows and windshield of my SUV to have the Ceramic Tint installed back mid July 2026. I was at the location for approximately 2-2 1/2 hours. I looked in the back seat and noticed the installer left almost a full roll of tint. So I took it back into the owners knowing they would still need it. Once I left I went straight to Bucees to wash my car as I do every Friday. As I was getting my car I noticed the bubbles in the tint. Which the owner explained it would take approximately 3-4 days for them to not be seen including the windshield. It was a little hard to see the first few days as the bubbles needed to dry out and not appear. I originally was very disappointed as I kept looking out all the windows saying “did the tech even use a squeegee?” But it did eventually 4-5 days later clear up and I have no complaints about the tint. Once I got to the point I was cleaning the interior of my car I noticed there was a spot on the screen to my infotainment center. I immediately tried to wipe it off with the wet rag I had from drying the exterior of my suv. It unfortunately did not come off. I then tried to scratch it with my nail thinking it was some sort of glue left behind from the tint job. It still wouldn’t come off. So I immediately call Tint world back and spoke with the wife (I apologize for not remembering her name) she was absolutely the sweets person I have crossed paths with in some time! She told me to bring it back when I had a moment and they would take care of it. As I am returning to their location and I exited 35, I noticed the oil hanging from my mirror was 1/2 empty. It was at that moment I said, it’s the oil that is on my screen! I touched the oil freshener and it was all over the jar. So I knew the installer had tipped over the outside of the jar. I say all that to say, NEVER ONCE did Tint world not take accountability! The owner came out and looked at it, tried windex on it, he also tried to “scratch it off with his nail”. I then explained I was pretty sure it was the oil freshener that I had just noticed. Which as I went to take it down I saw the string that holds it on the mirror was off-center and also half full of oil. So I took it off threw it away (will never purchase those again.) Then the owner had to take it to the back to try and use adhesive remover as well, unfortunately nothing removed it. So after communicating with the whole facility wife, tech that did the work, the owner came a back out to waiting area and with NO HESITATION said he would replace the screen whatever it took but they would have to order it from the dealership. A week went by and I had not heard anything so I reached out and he replied stating they were still waiting on it to come in. The following week I received a message with a picture that the infotainment center had arrived but it arrived broken and due to no fault of Tint World they would have to send it back and receive another replacement. After almost a month of a bad screen, I reached back out to Tint world and asked what was the update on the replacement! The owner replied with, it just arrived yesterday and they were going to give me a call to schedule an appointment! The appointment was made and when I arrived, The wife as always was very friendly and offered water while I waited. It literally took the Audio Tech approximately 10 mins if that to install the new infotainment center. The companies kindness and care for their customers was all I needed to know when I am ready to do more work on my car (ceramic. Paying on paint. I will still give them the opportunity first. Great company with Great Customer Service and that along is hard to come by. I chalked the incident with the tech as a mistake that was made and/or just a bad day for the tech, it happens to the best of us.

AWESOME CAR AUDIO EXPERIENCE! Tint World, in Denton, TX is good people and great customer service! Earlier today, I had an appointment at Tint World, to replace the factory radio in my 2007 Tahoe; I’d been having problems with it for months. We had already picked out the equipment, over tge hove, so when I arrived, they were ready to go. I was met at the door by Dan (the owner), and I’ve got to say he and his entire team were all very friendly snd accommodating. A short time after they pulled my Tahoe around to the service area, Dan invited me back to meet/ talk with their installer (the place is immaculate, BTW). Within minutes he had already disassembled my dash, removed the old factory radio and was performing some pre-installation wiring checks. And he spotted a bit if “curve call.” Turned out my radio was working fine, it was the speakers that were the issue. Tint World had the speakers I needed, in stock, and after punching some numbers, gave be the option to keep my stock radio, and only replace the 4 door speakers. Bonus, the speakers (all four of them), were significantly less expensive than the new radio! Now, THEY DID NOT HAVE TO TELL ME THIS. They could have installed the new radio AND then informed me I also needed new speakers; which would have increasing the price out the door. I think a lot of places, these days would have done it that way. But instead, the Tint World folks did the right thing! They gave me the options, non pressure either way, and I chose to stay with my factory radio (and save a chunk of change in the process). So with that they quickly replaced my speakers, checked me out, thanking me for my business, and I was on my way…with a big grin on my face…and some classic rock (Boston “More Than A Feeling”) cranked thru those new speakers! It’s awesome to meet and do business with nice, honest people. It really is. Thanks to Dan and the team at Tint World! Great job, and I will spread the word!
