  Folks, I had a bad encounter with a vulture on a country highway that hit my windshield right in front of me while trying to fly away from the dead animal it was feasting on. My windshield was destroyed and had to be replaced. My insurance company and I made an appointment with Safelite AutoGlass in Denton, TX for the next day to replace the windshield with an Original Manufacturer’s Part. The team at Safelite in Denton, led by Mike, were fantastic. The replacement took only 2 hours and all the work is outstanding. These guys get it done - Right! No question about it.

  DO NOT use Safelite. Technician who replaced the rear glass on my 2023 Chrysler 300 got black glue on my headliner. Not just a tiny drop but several large spots. They sent out another technician who took some photos but after that, absolutely nothing has happened, just crickets. I’ve worked very hard to pay for this vehicle and have kept it in excellent condition since buying it new and Safelite destroyed it in less than an hour. This black glue is used to hold the window in place. It will NEVER come out of the headliner fabric. Entire headliner needs to be re-done. Unbelievable!
