  We will NEVER do business with RaceTrac again because of the subhuman abusive treatment and disrespect because my husband and I are disabled. We are Tier 3 Loyalty Rewards members so we earn two free drinks per month . My husband went in to get me a drink and he was turned away and told to leave. He is a gentleman with good manners so he didn'make a scene. I asked my husband to please get my walker out of our truck because it was 100°F and I was thirsty. Furthermore, I needed to say something. I struggled to hold the door open, go in on my walker and try to balance/not spill the drink. I asked to speak with the manager who just gave me some BS story about how he couldn't allow my husband in the store because of his leg. He said it looked like it would smell. I told him it's bandaged up and doesn't smell. The problem is that this location has a lot of vagrants and unhoused people who hang around. The manager was trying to assume my husband was among those people. I told him that I was calling RaceTrac corporate and filing a formal complaint and that we would be taking ALL of our business to QT from now on. Backstory: A drunk driver hit us a while back and my husband's legs were crushed. He has to go to wound care at Baylor Scott &, White Plano every week or two to try to save his leg. It stays bandaged up and in a compression garment. My head busted out the back windshield of our truck when the drunk driver hit us. I have had 6 strokes since July of 2024. I have to use a walker.

  I have been a customer of RaceTrac for 20 years. I don't know what has happened in the past year but they have the rudest employees that will cuss you out and band you from the store after they do. I went in to get drinks and use the bathroom. I am on medication that makes it difficult for me, so I tend to take a little longer. The manager at this store came into the mens room proceeded to tell me I have been in there to long, that there was not sleeping and "to get the f$@k out son of a bi!(H". I didn't say anything. When I was done I told the other employee because the "manager" was too much of a coward to talk to me. The next time I tried to come in the same "manager" told me that I could not come in because of his actions. Save yourself time and frustration AND GO TO QT. This is not an isolated incident with RaceTrac.

  Current date 9/12/2026 time:9:25pm I Just pumped $80 of gas and had $60 worth of items in store and employees said bathroom is closed, they close them so they dont need to clean them.

  Greeted by the cashiers. Engaged in a brief dialogue I enjoyed my Cherry Vanilla Coke, but opting for the RaceTrac brand of powdered sugar donuts because of slightly discounted price. That was a mistake. The donuts were somewhat wet or oily. Both sides of the donut should be covered with powdered sugar. Definitely not buying these donuts again.
