Mavis insisted I just needed an alignment, charged me for the service, and sent me on my way. It did absolutely nothing to correct the issue. I then took the vehicle over to Discount Tire for a second opinion, and within minutes, they showed me the real culprit: the tire tread was separating and had a massive bubble in it. It was completely obvious and easily identified visually. The folks at Mavis completely missed a glaring, dangerous safety hazard just to charge me for an alignment I didn't even need, when what I actually needed was new tires. Terrible service, completely unacceptable, and I will not be back.

Kiki and the entire team were lovely from start to finish. They were kind to myself and my five year old daughter, and most importantly, hooked us up. I did not expect the tire to be salvageable but they patched it! They really took care of us and earned a loyal new customer.
