  They are amazing here!!! I go to school close by and when I walked out to my car the under carriage of my car was slightly off dragging on the ground. I came over between classes and they took care of me ASAP! They attached my under carriage and sent me on my way. Amazing and helpful staff plus a clean space for children if you are there awhile. Recommend to anyone easily.

  I had a nail in my tire and they were so friendly when I walked in. He walked me through options I could take and helped me chose the right one. He fixed it right away and I only had to wait the length of the service. 10/10 perfect experience. (And I like the decor )

  I got a call from Haley saying my car was ready. I came to pick up my car. They told me before I dropped my car off that the installation would be free. I came back. They tried to charge me for the installation then they told me my car was ready and I see my car is sitting in the lot without two rear tires. Colton decided to go on break before putting two rear tires on my car and now I am sitting here waiting for my car after it’s been an hour, and after they already told me the car was ready. Don’t come here! Terrible service.

  All three employees were so helpful and quick with fixing my car. I was given constant updates, and was shown physically what was wrong with my car. Whenever I expressed my concern about the price of getting my car fixed, the employees were able to help me out and work out a good deal. Definitely will come back for any other troubles!

  I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service I received regarding my recent appointment. I scheduled my appointment 24 hours in advance, yet I was only informed of a system issue and the need to reschedule after I arrived at the location. This lack of prior notice is unacceptable, as I had altered my schedule specifically to accommodate this appointment. Moving forward, I request that your facility review its system status/schedule the day prior to avoid disrupting clients' schedules. Furthermore, I am deeply disappointed by the unprofessional behavior of a staff member (salt peppered hair) who raised his voice at me when I walked away and declined to continue a non-constructive conversation. This treatment was entirely inappropriate
