  I had a mediocre / bad experience for an oil change last week. They accidentally left a flap hanging down on my Toyota Prius later last week when I went for an oil change. I figured it out when I heard my car dragging that flap on the bottom part of the car on the ground on the highway when I was about 8-9 miles away. First of all, the oil change was $89, which was expensive. The Prius use expensive oil so it's usually $60-$90 but they were at the upper end of the range. Then, they make a mistake that damaged my car a little and forced me to drive back to them. They also did not offer to remediate it with a coupon, a free oil change, or any type of discount. If they had offered to correct and remediate the mistake with something of equal or like value for the damage and time I wasted, I would be giving them a 5 star review. The employees were very accommodating and apologetic and immediately fixed the issue with no questions asked. So, if they had gone above and beyond and offered a refund or discount or something similar, this would be a 5 star review instead of a 2.

  Terrible I was given the option of synthetic or no oil change I wish I had more thumbs so I could give them 3 thumbs down. The excuse they gave to not offering any other option after speaking to “manager” was pump is down we can’t offer any other option…. Oreillys is .25 miles away….holla at your boy if you got an issue with my review

  Fantastic service on an oil change and cabin filter replacement. The mechanic took the time to show me my filters (engine and cabin) and explain about how much life each one had left. Recommended changing one but not the other. But offered a $20 discount if I felt like preemptively changing the other filter also (I declined.) Tested my brake fluid for free and showed me it probably had about 20k miles left. Friendly service and wasn’t pushy about upselling other services or parts. Glad I came here today!
