  After my new car was involved in an accident, I was honestly stressed and worried about the repair process, but Gerber Collision & Glass made everything so much easier. They did an excellent job repairing my car, kept me updated throughout the process, and treated me with kindness and professionalism the entire time. My car looks like new again, and I really appreciated how smooth they made such a difficult situation. Thank you to the whole team for the quality work and great customer service. I would definitely recommend Gerber Collision & Glass to anyone needing repairs after an accident.

  The experience I had with George at Gerber was amazing. The quality of the work is outstanding, I can't even tell there was damage now. Their communication was very thorough. George personally reached out to notify me of my vehicle being complete, and even offered me a courtesy ride so I wouldn't have to ask my pregnant wife to come pick up one of the cars. The level of pride, professionalism and courtesy George showed towards his job and his customers is something I haven't seen in a while, across any industry. I wish more people were like him. Gerber definitely has a fantastic asset in George. I hope I never have another accident again, but if we do, Gerber has a loyal customer now, all thanks to George. Keep up the amazing work. -Sam

  Came in asked if they could take a look at my door I had been trying to get to close after 2-3 hrs.. I gave up and came into the shop I was welcomed by Nichole very polite and got me help within min…. Randy helped me out seeing I had my door tied by a charger cable and was able to get my door to close.. YALL are AMAZING.. got myself a quote same day

  Not good. I took it in for an estimate for a minor accident. I was informed of previous damage to the same area. I was told if I dropped it off, he could look closer at it and take parts off to see better. This did not happen.The time was spent instead taking detailed photos of my truck to send to my insurance and did not ask me or get me involved until he totaled my truck out over a minor accident. When I called to try to speak him about this and how I could prove the damage that was "totalling" my vehicle was from an old incident that was not repaired by the previous shop and was hidden by the bumper. He would not budge in the slightest and defended his stance rather than even allowing me a chance. I went and got my truck back and came home and easily removed the bumper to find the damage for sure was only the bumper and the grill. The brackets are not even bent. I had to fight with insurance for a week and ended up canceling the claim. Thankfully I was able to accomplish canceling the claim with a lot of time and effort. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP. They work for your insurance more than you and dont listen to their customers. Yes my insurance is who handles the claim but I am the one who was bringing the business to them. What an absolute joke. The actual repairs are the bumper bar and assembly, no braket damage and a grill. And they were going to total out my truck.....

  Best auto body shop in Denton! These guys are hard working and always stop to help you in any way they can. Once I had the part, Nicolas helped me out with a sunroof seal at no charge. They are good honest people and I would not go anywhere else! You can definitely trust them!
