  Very disappointing experience. I called ahead and was told cars were available, but when I arrived, the staff didn't provide any clear response and were very rude and unprofessional. It was a complete waste of my time. I expected much better customer service.

  Worst location I’ve ever been to customer service was a joke absolutely no help or willingness to make sure we get a vehicle that we Reserved and had confirmation for!!! Also some of vehicles need to be jumped bc they don’t check to see if the batteries are good or not there was about 15 people also waiting for a vehicle in the situation!!! I only put a 1 star bc it’s required save your time and money and choose another location.

  The website was easy to navigate and the staff was friendly at the time of pickup. We had an after hours return and that process was simple. I’ve never had an issue with Enterprise.

  If you want an exceptional experience with a rental car, go to enterprise on ft. worth dr. in denton tx. Drew is an amazing person to work with. Made everything easy to understand and made it worth going back if I ever need a rental car. Plus, he will make you smile because of his friendly personality.

  I understand they can't guarantee a particular car, but I called them upfront and expected some courtesy help. I booked a Standard SUV for a long road trip and requested a smooth cruiser like a Ford Edge or GMC Terrain. When I arrived, they simply told me the Edge was just gone. Instead, they tried to force a Jeep Wrangler on me at pickup. A loud, stiff off-roader is the exact opposite of a highway vehicle and a completely unacceptable substitute. The male employee was fine, but the female staff member was bringing some kind of attitude. She brought completely negative energy to the situation. No solutions were offered. I felt like they don't care for their business. I walked away empty-handed. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
