  Dude, amazing experience. Burt was the nicest man ever, very knowledgeable, very communicative, and he got me (as a college student) about over $100 off of getting all of my rotors replaced. From $588 to $469. The nicest man ever and everybody was so nice. Great staff. Got all my rotors replaced in about 2 hours or so. Will definitely be coming back with any other auto needs like this. Thank you Burt!!!

  We’re so happy that we chose Brakes Plus for some long overdue work on our older car. Burt was incredibly helpful, kind, efficient, and did an amazing job at keeping us posted on the status of the car while it was in the shop. This was a great experience, and we’re happy to have found a new mechanic in Denton. Thank you!

  They will lie about how long it’s going to take them then hold your car hostage. Came in when not busy and asked for time estimate they said one hour. After 90 min I checked in, said they were in the middle of it and it would be right at. Check in at 2 hours 15 min. It’s almost done. Check in 3 hours. Still not done I say I can’t stay any longer and they need to stop when they are at. They offer me a $3 discount for the inconvenience. They can keep it its insulting. Go somewhere else

  I recently came in for an oil change they did a great job so I came back to get more work done. I came in with an unknown and known issue and they were very communicative, kind, and helpful. Tim really helped me understand the issue(s) and helped talk through maintenance and pricing. Having just moved to town finding a trustworthy community at this location was a huge relief.

  Good, but not fast for what was supposed to be a quick 30 min car inspection. I arrived and I was the third person there. 6 people came in and out with more difficult services and got quotes on repairs before I received my state inspection.The cost for the inspection was affordable at $18, but it took 2 hour to complete. I was patient, but I would go elsewhere for this service specifically next time. They have previously done a good job with same day turnaround on my brakes, so a 3 star and a 5 star average out to a 4 star review. Depends on the service and the day, I guess.
