I made a car reservation 1 day prior to pickup day, and when I arrived, I was told that they didn’t have any cars available. I had to push on the car rental assistants to contact their manager for help. Around 30 min of waiting, I was told that the manager had to approve the release of any rentals and that all the cars that were out in their lot, were down and non-rentable. This was very frustrating and disappointing. This same situation happened to one of my family members a few months ago. Never renting here again.

Great staff, very knowledgeable, and offering you best options for your needs. Treated me like a “long time loyal customer” and even gave me a ride from the dent repair shop to the rental location. Take taken had all the amenities and comforts of my current vehicle so technological system were awesome. Didn’t have to depend on close friends and family for help. Thank you Enterprise Rent-A-Car (Del Rio, Texas)!

Enterprise team delivered a great experience and the car to my location in Del Rio. The staff is friendly and very helpful, making sure the gas tank was full when they delivered the car. The car was clean, had no damage, good tire tread all around, and relatively new with 17K miles. It was a great value for a one way rental from Del Rio to San Antonio airport with no drop-off charge. I plan to use Enterprise again next time that I travel between Del Rio and the San Antonio airport.
