  This place is a huge rip off, they said all 4 calipers and pads and line needed to be replaced and wanted $3280 for the work. Took my car to Mac Haik and they said everything is good a little wear but still good just only the crack in the metal on the brake line and it was substantially cheaper to get her back safe to drive at Mac Haik. Do not use this place!!!!

  The team over at Mavis tire and brake shop are the best. Tried going to discount tire across the street and they wouldn’t help me. Luckily the guys at Mavis were able to drop everything and help me out. If it wasn’t for them I would still be in need of help. If yall ever need help with your vehicle go to Mavis.

  I have been to Mavis Twice and both times the service was excellent! They repaired my daughter’s broken seat belt and got her safely on the road within the hour on the same day! The second time they tested fixed several things under the hood and the infamous check engine light as well as a bad tire sensor an alignment and a set of shocks and ran diagnostic. They were very helpful, detailed in explaining what the car needed. And to top it off gave me a ride home and picked me up when car was ready all in a matter of a few hours on the same day . I will definitely be returning for any car repairs and telling others about the very awesome and quality work! Thanks to Cody, Kaleb and the whole crew !!! Truly a good hearted, honest, hardworking group of gentleman. A class act!

  I had a tire I needed to have mounted on a new rim which I had to replace due to damage to the old rim. I was heading to Discount Tire, and passed the Mavis and thought, "let me swing in Mavis to see if they can help me". I drove up at 4:40 pm, I didn't realize they closed at 5:00. I asked if they could mount my tire on my new rim and rotate my tires. The manager said he would be happy to help mount the tire on the new rim, however since it was so close to closing I would have to come back the next day to rotate the tires. Next thing I knew they were rotating the tires while another was mounting the tire on the rim. The employees were all very nice and helpful. They gave me the jeep back and told me to have a good rest of my day. I told the manager i would definitely start using Mavis as my tire store. That store is definitely top notch for service and friendly atmosphere. Thank you Mavis for fixing my Jeep.

  September 15th stopped by a service station after work with break light indicator concerns. Some work was done for an oil leak, plus a break flush. It was said, I need future work for rear brake pads, which I could not afford a thousand something at this point for the whole job. So I said, let's do it in parts to what I could afford at the moment. Whenever I exited the door at 6:10 after arriving at 4:20;or so... I noticed this on my control panel of my 2021 one jeep cherokee. I looked up, the image that I saw through (A I) and it's said for the work I had done... Maybe a sensor was bumped. Along with some other era, of not resetting after their job was, complete. I can assure you I will be back after work tomorrow. On September the 16th. I expect corrections to be done. So these lights aren't lit up on my panel. I copied (A I's )diagnosis. If you have a phone number for me to text it to, or an email. Just saw this q r code on your card for a way of contacting company, oh, leaving reviews.... ... [LATEST UPDATE]... Here it is, the next day, September, the 16th. As I said yesterday, my plan was to return to MAVIS (NTB) once I got off work. The manager mister Danny, met me at the door around 4:20 ! He and his crew along with assistant manager Cody to assist me with the concern at hand of extra lit up items within my car panel. Once job was completed yesterday afternoon close to closing time. Come to find out some electronic sensory Items needed to be reconnected. Thank you, gentlemen for making it right. And easing my mind of extra worries or concerns. I appreciate your work plus I plan to be back in the spring or summer to get rear brake pads taken care of. Once I pay off this car service on my credit card. Thank you very much for your customer service. I appreciate this!
