- DEDianna EssexMay 13, 20261.0What happened to all the services you use to do. We were in and out in under 10 minutes. Before they checked everything, all fluids, all point inspection. They would vacuum out your car. They helped you stay ahead of trouble and would check and advise you. The paper they would give you had a long list of what they checked. They would call you up to the desk, discuss, if anything might need to be done. That didn’t happen because they didn’t check anything. But, they charge you for everything. Won’t go back! Very disappointed

- LRLone Star RedMay 8, 20261.0The Jiffy Lube on Center St in Deer Park Tx hasn't had a working grease gun or grease in over six months or longer. I went there for a front end suspension lubrication approximately 6 months ago for the service and they told me to wait in the lobby so I did. After approximately 45 min to a hour I see the guy sitting in the drivers seat of my vehicle talking to the other employees, so I go outside to see if it's finished and he tells me their grease gun is broke and they can't do it. I wasted up to a hour of my time waiting, while the employees were having casual conversation. So I go back there on May 7 2026 and the employee tells me they still don't have a working grease gun because the management hasn't approved it yet. They tell me to go to the Jiffy Lube on Spencer near Red Bluff and I get the lubrication without any problems whatsoever. I was done and gone in less than 15 minutes. I would give the Jiffy Lube on Spencer near Red Bluff 5 stars, but the Deer Park store gets only one star. Hopefully someone in management see's this review and approves a new grease gun so they can do the front end suspension lubrications again!!!
