  I am BIG on great service. Not only my car was accommodated with a better one, I received extra great service. This team treated me very well and If they keep up the great services, referrals etc will be great! I recommend this location. Great job Enterprise!

  I want to praise the outstanding team at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Center Street in Deer Park, TX. I recently had a five-star experience here, thanks to their exceptional care. The manager, Jazz, went above and beyond to provide truly professional and kind leadership.The entire team worked together seamlessly to make my rental fast, smooth, and stress-free. Every staff member was friendly and attentive to my needs. Employees of this caliber are rare, and this location sets the gold standard for customer service. I highly recommend Jazz and this amazing team to everyone!

  Booked my reservation online had me on hold for 20 minutes to see if my vehicle was ready after I asked what were the documents I needed to be able to pick up my reservation saying my license and a form of payment when I got there, the lady asked me for proof of insurance, a bill under my name and a credit card, knowing that I asked prior to arriving in an Uber and not being able to pick up my rental because I don’t have these documents bc it wasn’t disclosed that I needed them when I called. She was sick and had 0 customer service, plus I had to uber back home. She should be sent home soo unprofessional

  I have had the unfortunate experience of someone vandalizing my car. When my insurance told me id use enterprise to rent a car while mine was being repaired. I have come to this location multiple times. First they said i didnt have an appt. That's because my insurance set it in my brothers name as he is the policy holder. They told me to leave and schedule another appt so I did. I come back the next day they all of a sudden don't have cars to match mine. So I go to another location. Get a car from there but there are tire pressure issues. So i return it to this deer park location. Then I try yet again to get a car from this location. Again im told they cant get me a sedan. While literally waiting i hear Jazmine Brown, who has been dealing with me each time, tell a customer that cant rent due to id issue that they had a sedan available for them. So when i ask "oh thats for later." she says. "You can come back after 4 pm and see if we have one available for you." Even after ive asked enterprise multiple times to make sure its a sedan. im then put into a minivan so i take it for work. i was told when a sedan became available i would be able to swap them out. That was Tuesday the 21st. Come Friday the 24th I return the car. To a parking lot full of SEDANS. Why they didnt bother to help me exchange is beyond me. To wrap it up after filling their tank up I apparently was short on their gas by 3 gallons. IDK how half a tank given and returned is 3 gallons short. but i guess their "bluetooth" can just tell that. They wanted to charge me 20 bucks for 10 dollars of gas. Morale of the story Enterprise is not your friend and neither is Jazmine R Brown who gave me the absolute worst experience of having to deal with car repair ever. Unless enterprise wants to remedy this situation id rather go anywhere or without then ever do business with a business that treats their customers like this.
