  They're friendly, they get the job done. They lie straight to your face about things though then charge you for believing them. If you have an appointment and they tell you "It's fine just show up within 5 days" It's not fine and they will charge you a fee for showing up in the 5 days they told you about. There goes $40 because I trusted them. This level of "friendly to your face so they can squeeze you" isn't appreciated. It's especially disappointing because they're working with people who are in difficult situations and aren't allowed to shop around. If I could use someone else I would. Edit: they replied that they didn't charge the late fee the interlock company did. Which is interesting because they told me that next time they wouldn't charge it if I was late. So more lies. Preying on people in shitty situations.
