I’ll be upfront—I’m not familiar with these products, so I asked the manager (wearing a gray shirt) for assistance. Instead of helping, he pointed vaguely toward a corner of the store without leaving what he was doing. It took me about 10 minutes to find the product on my own. At checkout, the experience didn’t improve. The cashier was on crutches, which I understand can make things more difficult, but the interaction came off as dismissive and unprofessional—no greeting, no acknowledgment, and no basic courtesy. I was handed the wrong receipt first, then corrected after I had already started walking away. I don’t expect perfection, but I do expect basic customer service—especially when a customer clearly needs help. This visit felt like an inconvenience to the staff from start to finish. If you don’t like what you do, you should get a new job.
