  Absolute worst experience – dangerous, disorganized, and zero accountability. This was my first time visiting this location, and it will absolutely be my last. The entire setup is completely chaotic. At the end of the wash, the exit light just kept flashing "WAIT" and never turned green. Since I’d never been here before, I didn't want to shift into drive too early, but because the system didn't update, the car behind me ended up bumping right into the back of my vehicle. To make matters worse, the vacuum area was completely packed, and I was in a major time crunch for a next appointment, so I couldn't even stop to safely pull over and fully assess the damage on-site. Trying to get in touch with anyone to resolve this has been a total nightmare. Calling the company just routes you through an endless, unhelpful automated phone system. I have also emailed customer service several times now and have received absolutely no response. It is a completely unprofessional, poorly managed operation. Save your time and your bumper—avoid this place at all costs.

  I came through today after my car was towed and needed to get the numbers they wrote off my windshield. Unbeknownst to me I was greeted by the manager of this location, and I told him what had happened and how I needed my windshield washed. He ran inside to get a scraper to prep for my car to go through, and then he refused to charge me for my basic exterior wash. It’s these little acts of kindness that create a lasting impression. My car is clean and Zip’s on Lemmon now has a forever customer. Thank you!

  DO NOT GO HERE! I love visiting Zips as one of my go to car washes but this location caused damage. It was my first time visiting and it tore off part of my skid plate. I drove to a near by mechanic shop and they were able to assist with reinforcing my plate. They stated that they have had other customers in the past stating this same car wash caused damage as well. They’re definitely filtering out their reviews as well…

  I recently visited Zips Car Wash and had a really positive experience. The process was quick and efficient from start to finish, which is exactly what you want when you’re trying to clean your car without spending a lot of time. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure I understood the wash options and felt comfortable with the service. The wash itself did a great job, my car came out looking noticeably cleaner, with a nice shine and no missed spots. I also appreciated how well-maintained the facility was, which made the whole experience feel more professional. The pricing felt fair for the quality of service. Overall, Zips Car Wash is a solid choice if you’re looking for a fast, convenient, and effective car wash. I’d definitely recommend it and will be coming back again.

  BEWARE!!! I went to Zip car wash on Lemmon Ave. in Dallas, Texas and paid for a single car wash. I was asked if I wanted to sign up and I said not at this time. The female employee asked for my cell number and stated I would get a text message and if I wanted to sign up, It would show available plans and I could view and sign up if I wanted. I gave it to see what their options were. Well I never received a text message, but suddenly got charges on my card, I have called Zip’s 1-800 number to no avail and was treated very rudely. I called my credit card company that I used for the car wash I did get, but now have been charged a total of 3 times. Twice at $17.50 and once at $35.00. I have disputed these charges with my card and cancelled that card. WARNING, DO NOT TRUST GETTING A SINGLE CARWASH!!! That’s straight up BAD business!!!!
