  If I could give zero stars I would. I bought one of the most expensive car washes here and it’s the worst car wash I have ever purchased! I usually get free washes at Lexus but I was in a time crunch. My car was not fully cleaned, the rims look like garbage, the tires do not look shined and are not shined, nothing that I purchased happened. It’s still dirty and it scratched my car so bad I want to cry! I drove straight from zips to a detailing place. I will never be back. Just a forewarning that they will damage your vehicle!!!!!

  I had a great experience at Zips Car Wash. The manager, Martin, really stood out with his excellent customer service. He was courteous, energetic, friendly, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. He took the time to make sure everything went smoothly and made me feel like a valued customer. It’s always refreshing to come across a manager who brings a positive attitude and takes pride in providing great service. Martin represents Zips Car Wash very well, and his professionalism definitely made a difference in my experience. Great service, great attitude, and an overall positive experience. I’ll definitely be back. Five stars!

  Tyrese was very helpful and informative. He made sure we were taken care of even when we were facing some difficult with the car machine.

  Martin, Did a fantastic job at being attentive when providing information about membership and processes. He was also kind enough to spray my Matt’s upon request. His work ethics has not gone unnoticed I will be returning to this location as a loyal member. Thanks Martin!!

  I've had a membership with zips for probably a year now but every time I come back to use my membership I'm never able to get through the kiosk easily. Tyrus was the only person that realized my license plate was incorrectly inputted so he fixed it and now I'll be able to come right through the line easily without needing additional help. He was very professional knowledgeable, and quick to solution!
