I don't recommend it. Where most car washes make your car shine, their wash leaves a cloudy residue on your car. In addition to that their scrubbers leave micro scratches in the gloss coat. I've used the wash for six months and my car has gotten progressively dull as a result. The finish is basically ruined. Lastly, the final straw came when I washed my car and wheeled around to the vacuums only to find that they were turned off. The attendant said it was due to the rain, but it wasn't raining. When I asked for clarification I was told that the puddles in the vacuum bays could get sucked up into the vacuum lines and clog them. When I asked how that would actually happen, I was told that it was as because people drop them. It makes total sense but those puddles are always there because wet vehicles bring water from the carwash to the bays. I went across the street to carnation when I left and asked them if they were running their vacuums since it might rain, and of course he told me they were running them and that they don't turn them off due to rain. While I was at Zips, the attendant watched as I used a lint roller as a vacuum. I should have gone somewhere else a long time ago. A car wash is supposed to result in a clean car. The Zips operation on Lemmon doesn't live up to its purpose.

If I could give zero stars I would. I bought one of the most expensive car washes here and it’s the worst car wash I have ever purchased! I usually get free washes at Lexus but I was in a time crunch. My car was not fully cleaned, the rims look like garbage, the tires do not look shined and are not shined, nothing that I purchased happened. It’s still dirty and it scratched my car so bad I want to cry! I drove straight from zips to a detailing place. I will never be back. Just a forewarning that they will damage your vehicle!!!!!
