  If I could I would leave no stars. DO NOT OPEN A MEMBERSHIP HERE! This place damaged the rims to my vehicle and you can clearly see the yellow scrapes on the rims and their damage claims department states they do not see any evidence of damage EVEN AFTER SUBMITTING VIDEO AND PICTURE PROOF. I'm not looking for anything free or new wheels, just for them to fix the damage their machine caused to my rims. I can never get a hold of anyone over the phone for assistance. Their excuse being "we are only customer service support, we cannot assist with any damage reports. Please respond to the email you received for assistance." Which we have over a month ago and no response was given and all we get is "Mmm I understand your concern and I am sorry but we cannot transfer you to a manager" and ultimately got hung up on.

  I had an amazing experience thanks to Terrell and Josht. They went above and beyond with their customer service very friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout the visit. It’s rare to get service this good these days. They truly made the experience stand out. They definitely deserve recognition and a raise for the great work they’re doing.

  While the staff is always friendly, it is the most inefficient checkout process I’ve experienced at a drive through car wash lately.. Also overpriced. I do like that they have fresh towels to use to dry the car, but I don’t like sitting in a line for 15 min with only 2 cars in front of me while I wait for someone to try to get sold a membership. They have self checkout systems here but don’t seem to utilize them at all.

  Had a great experience with the team and cleaning. The work looked good and the team moved efficiently. Lloyd and John put the finishing touches on my car after the main wash. They made sure it was in great shape and I’d definitely recommend them.

  Extremely disappointed with this car wash. My Tesla’s panoramic roof glass was damaged during the wash, leaving a long crack across the top glass panel. The vehicle had no such damage before entering the wash, and discovering this immediately afterward was very upsetting. The damage appears significant and could require an expensive glass replacement. When you trust a business with your vehicle, especially a newer car, you expect proper care and accountability. I would strongly advise Tesla owners and anyone with glass roofs to be cautious before using this car wash. A routine wash should not result in thousands of dollars in potential damage and the stress of dealing with repairs.
