  Horrible experience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I took my truck there to be repaired after an accident. They had it for over 2 months before finishing the work. They then told me it was finished and I could come pick it up. I got the truck home, only to find that they didn’t repair everything on the truck! Also, they didn’t bother to tell me they didn’t fix everything on the truck. Now I’m back to square one. I called my insurance, they are fixing it, now I have to take the truck back to another dealership, and wait on it to be fixed again. When I asked this companies body shop manager why they did bother to tell me they didn’t fix the truck, he simply said, “I don’t know.” Now I get to go through all of this again with another dealership. Garbage!!!

  Very bad service in the parts department… You call once, they automatically put you on hold and never come to answer your call, then you call again and they don’t even bother to answer at all. Today is Tuesday 09/01/2026 a lady answer and sounded like she hated her job. You would think Chevrolet will provide excellent service in this department but they don’t.

  I bought my truck here and I drove it for one week and already having engine and transmission issues and I tried getting help by store manager and salesman name frank and they don’t really help all I get is “ I’m sorry that you having all these issues “ but they really don’t go out of there way to help you they give you there personal numbers and they still lack communication the worse experience ever im first time buyer and it’s hit the worse experience dont buy your truck or car here I recommend other dealerships

  We recently bought a pre-owned 2023 chevy tahoe …..they didn’t said anything that this suv has been involved in an accident when we signed all its paperwork so things happen for something….we had an small accident and we took it to a different Chevy dealership and when they started doing the repairs they found out some structural damages from a previous accident so we contacted CLAY COOLEY CHEVROLET IN DALLAS to ask them about this issue that they didn’t mentioned when we signed the contract …we didn’t get any paperwork because they were doing the paperless crap …we contacted them and they said we signed the CARFAX report but they didn’t mentioned anything…so be careful buying from this dishonest place …buy from another dealerships and make sure to read the CARFAX report because they will take advantage of the buyers …..i don’t recommend CLAY COOLEY at all ….specifically all their stuff

  I went to this dealership because I liked the online price they had for a Silverado. I had an agreed price for the truck and the truck I was trading in. The salesman said they had a great program that would repair any dents and scratches for 3 years to keep the truck looking new, he never told me they were charging me. When I got to the finance department I learned they were charging me roughly $1800 for that warranty along with a Lo Jack Service that was Roughly $800. I said I did not want to pay for these items, and was never told the scratch and dent repairs were extra. The manager and finance rep told me I had to buy them or there was no deal. Unfortunately the truck I had was in terrible shape and I did not want to drive it home so I was stuck buying the truck. So they gave me a price and we had a deal, then they added $2600 on top of the price, meaning they raised the price of the truck by $2600 and never told me, I only found out when the finance paperwork showed a higher total then the deal we made and I asked why there was a difference. Today I brought the truck to get the dents and scratches out. They said they would not repair the dents on my hood and top of the truck. They fixed one dent and 3 areas that were scratched and brought me the truck. I again asked about the remaining dents. They told me that they were only getting paid $90 from the warranty company and the remaining work was over that amount so they didn't have the money to fix them. Then after I pressed them saying I was told the dents would be taken care of when I bought the truck they said I would have to get an estimate and submit it to the warranty company for a good will claim/payment. If they cared about there customers they would have tried to do this from the beginning, at least made an effort to honor their word and help their customer but they chose not too. Between them changing the price of the deal and then not even trying to help me get the work covered with some additional work on their end I would say the only thing they care about is their customers money, they do not care about taking care of their customers.
