  I made an out of state purchase with a trade-in. When I arrived at the dealership, the truck was washed and prepped for delivery and had a full tank of gas. Lenna and Alan were fantastic to work with; they had the shop pull off my tonneau cover and put it into the bed of the new truck to do with what I pleased. The whole transaction was completed, and I was on my way back home in about an hour. Best buying experience I've had in a while, thank you.

  Although it took a few phone calls and a trip to the dealership, Brad Staples ultimately called around and got me the information I needed. He followed up with a phone call and documentation as well. Thank you!

  I had my car towed in to have a recall repair done after it redused to start. I thought they would have my car at least a day but they quickly got my problem fixed. I was able to drive my car home just 5 hours after having it dropped off. I am so thankful for them getting my vehicle running again.

  I do not recommend this dealership, and I especially do not recommend working with Alex or Luis. The day we signed all of our paperwork, we were told they no longer provide paper copies of the contract and that they would email everything to us. We agreed and left. Over the month, we called and texted Alex at least four times and gave him our email address multiple times, asking for copies of our contract. We never received anything from the dealership. The only reason we finally got the paperwork was because the bank mailed it to us. When we reviewed the contract, we discovered that an additional **$5,500** had been added for insurance that we never agreed to purchase. We only had one week left to cancel it, and if the bank hadn't sent us the paperwork, we never would have known it was there. We called the dealership and got no response, so we went in person. Luis claimed he had discussed the insurance with us. While he briefly mentioned insurance, he never explained that it would cost an additional $5,500. I admit I should have read every single line of the contract, but we were being rushed through the signing because it was late and they wanted to go home. Buying a vehicle is a major financial decision and should never be rushed. When I told Luis that we had repeatedly asked for copies of our contract and never received them, he pointed to the copies I had in my hand. I had to explain that those were the copies the bank sent me—not the dealership. Instead of addressing the issue, he simply walked away without saying anything. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. If I could go back, I would not have purchased my truck from this dealership. Whether this reflects the dealership as a whole or just the way Alex and Luis handled our purchase, I can't say but based on my experience, I cannot recommend buying a vehicle here.
