  Best Valvoline oil change location I have been to. They always want to doublecheck all things with your vehicle and tell you of any serious issues they find. These kids actually seem to enjoy working together. It’s the one place I return to have my vehicle maintenanced. Adnan and Hunter were exceptional, very friendly and very helpful!!!

  Less than an hour after an oil change, the front portion of the skid plate completely fell off while driving on the highway. The impact completely mangled the font end of the skid plate, so now I am in need of a new one. Fortunately for me, I had some zip-ties to secure it to the frame so I could limp back home. Unfortunately, this is because this is the second time this has happened, and unlike the first time, I am not willing to forgive this time around. Placing myself in danger on the side of a highway to crawl under my car in the blazing heat is wholly unacceptable, and I will be pursuing some kind of recompense.

  Top notch service! Aden and the whole crew were so friendly and informative! I also appreciated how well they all worked together and they really seemed to enjoy it. I will only be coming here moving forward.

  Azariah couldn’t get the oil filter off and had a bad attitude and was mad about it. He didn’t tell me anything. Adrian saw. I was upset with being there so long and other customers behind me were leaving and finally told me what was going on. Most of the maintenance checks say checked but were not. I have no washer fluid. Tires were not checked oil service indicator was not reset. Receipt says an 18 point check was done but it wasn’t. Azariah has no customer service skills. All that being mad when his coworkers asked him questions because he was frustrated he couldn’t get the air filter off and all that spitting he was doing was nasty. I won’t be returning.

  Terrible, awful service. Waited inside for 10-15 minutes without being helped at all. Looked around and workers were “busy” in the garage. Nobody still came in to check in on the office. I didn’t have time to wait and so was leaving but turns out there was broken glass by my tire where I parked. Tried to get a workers attention, gave them 7 minutes of waiting, nobody came to help so I had to push it aside myself so didn’t damage my tire. Led to me cutting my finger pretty bad, so leaving this review in hospice. I don’t know much about this but I’m definitely taking this to corporate. Now I have to figure out an oil change and hospital bills. Do not give this place your business, go down the street to Mobil or Lube.
