  The customer service as far as taking care of the customers is 100% trash, I had a license plate that came off and I had contacted the Carwash the next day, and they took my details down my name, phone number and license plate and they wrote it down on a sticky note and placed it in the office so the manager can call me back the next day , but no one got back to me, no employee or manager called me to give me the simple details that nothing was found, and when I kept going up there in person throughout the week, the workers seemed confused and kept giving me the run around and told me that they’ll have the manager contact me the next day and no one ever did. And it doesn’t take longer than a week to resolve that issue and to have some basic communication and have a manager reach out to you just to tell you that nothing was found. So If you are a customer and have some sort of issue go on where something goes missing in your car, you won’t get a simple call back the next day and you won’t have someone take care of your concerns. You’ll just end up going in person and the workers there will just give you the run around and tell you will have our manager reach out the next day and that won’t happen. And when you do finally speak to the manager they’ll just pretend like they had resolved the issue a long time ago, by saying we had spoken to them already and said we found nothing. So this place communication is trash and needs improvement

  Marzo 2026, me enteré que subieron el precio por lavado, y le pregunte al joven que está cobrando que si porlo que avían aumentado precio por lavado que si lla las maquinas del carwash LAVAN MEJOR ! Y me no me contesto!! Y pues me di cuenta que en definitivo que cada dia LAVAN PEOR!!!
