  Understaffed. I went to pick up a car on 8/21 and there was a long line around 9:15 pm. Added an extra 1-2 hours for your plan if you must rent there as you have to give the key to an agent when returning the car to make sure no damages.

  Guys DONT rent there despite all the online promos! I rented here and the car started leaking oil. Once their towing services knew the issue, they started to give me the run-around. I got stranded for around 6 hours in 100 degrees heat day and cant turn on the AC to protect the engine missing oil. I missed my event for which I rented the car for and all what SIXT do; damage is mechanical failure so it falls on them so they charged me for fuel; cause why didnt I fill up a broken down car for which you cant turn on the engine? 2nd: got an email day of the return saying there is no external damage however, 2 weeks later, they found a scratch; proof is a blurry image and another image of a totally different car. So, not only they completely mess up my day but the issues for that rental will drag along for weeks or months after. Also, once their customer service know the issue, they will stop answering your call. TONS of other options in the area. Dont say you haven't been warned.

  We had the best experience with this Sixt location! Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews- the location was under construction as it is brand new…but it is almost finished and is really beautiful inside! All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the shuttle they had to get to Lovefield was quick and easy! Highly recommend! By far the best value and fleet options of any rental cars near Lovefield.

  August 9, 2026 - This location is open, I assure you! I picked up the car from DFW because that was the only location that had the car I wanted when I arrived five days earlier, but the guy at the desk was nice enough to switch the return location to Love Field. They had a shuttle to take me straight to the airport even though I was the only return around that time. Everyone was very nice and very professional. Pro tip: there's a Valero gas station just up the street, so don't stress about figuring out where to top the fuel tank off.

  We had an issue with our rental car booking and were scrambling to find a car. We happened to find this place, and the ride over was great (they have their own shuttle from Love Field, and the driver was so nice). Kim was phenomenal and got us a bigger car for the same price as the smaller one because she said we’d appreciate the extra space (We absolutely did). They brought us waters while they finalized our car (we did not have a car booked before). It was their first official day open, and this is by far the best service I’ve ever had at a rental car place!!! I will definitely come back here if I end up in Fort Worth again! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
