  Very good staff. Darlene was great on pickup and return. Slight delay on pickup as they have limited parking out front and most cars are kept upstairs in the hotel parking lot. Minimal delay.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Maximum Level Customer Service !!! My experience was much better than I expected, customer service is fundamental and they gave it down pat at this location. Everything was Top Notch from beginning to end, the check-in and check-out process couldn’t have been quicker and easier literally only took about 5 minutes. The vehicle was brought to out freshly detailed and smelled amazing and it was a newer model Mazda. It was very spacious and comfortable, my children loved the ride. I intentionally did not allow any eating in the car so that it would be turned in the exact same way it was picked it up. That plan worked out perfectly. I am so grateful I discovered Sixt Car Rental Addison Dallas. I also forgot to mention how affordable they are. Final charges were exactly as agreed to and expected. I wasn’t charged for anything additional. I will definitely be returning here for any future rental needs and will be referring this place to everyone. I will be uploading a video of my experience on my tiktok @classymrslady. Check-In only took about 10 seconds literally. 🔥🔥🔥 I received the final invoice via email with ZERO surprises. This is the way car rentals work, you do your part and they do theirs. As far as the vehicle I will rate it separately: It was a Mazda CX-50 Rating: 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I loved how spacious and accommodating this vehicle was. It was large on the outside, but snug on the inside, and very clean. It drove very smooth and all resources worked well and was up to par. I loved the ease of driving this vehicle and the way it was able to handle the road conditions and stormy weather. I felt extremely safe and secure. All ports worked, all buttons, nozzles, gears, and handles were perfectly excellent condition. The air quality was 10/10. There was no visible residue or debris left over from any previous renters. I even considered purchasing one because of how reliable it was.

  So this place is kinna far from me, but at the time they were just establishing the Dallas location, so I had to drive to this location. Despite the drive, the service felt regular, nothing too complicated, very relatable and well informed. Both ladies were super nice and polite. It was a Hispanic lady with glasses, Gaby I think, that helped me and she did an amazing job! She tried to get me in a mini van (it like the only car they had left) and I told her no lol but when she found out that someone had just returned a bmw she knew that was my car and I looooved it 🙌🏾. She went outside cleaned the car immediately and got me on the road within minutes. The prices are reasonable and I definitely with rent with this company again. Oh and special shout out to the Indian lady (my apologies I forgot your name) that worked next to Gaby that let me use her charger, life saver 🙏🏾

  Terrible experience renting at SIXT - Here are my two cents, PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I specifically selected a BMW X5 to rent for my engagement weekend party to pick up my fiancee from church and take her to the venue. When I got there the car was no longer available and instead i was went back & forth for 45 minutes till the manager told me we got one back this morning but I have to get corporate to release it. 30 minutes later the release occurred. After the release I was told they still needed to clean it (why couldn't they clean it during the 30 minutes?), I was told it only needed 10 minutes of cleaning. After 30 minutes of cleaning and waiting patiently I was told another 30 minutes of cleaning but at this point I was more than late for my event/festivities and just took a volvo that was overpaid for. The employees there had no sense of urgency and instead gave me an attitude for wanting the car that I selected when it was their fault at the provider for not having it. If you want your time in Dallas ruined, rent a car here!

  Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. AVOID - NOT WORTH IT. The car wasn’t available for pickup until 2 days after my reservation — forcing me to spend over $150 on cabs making multiple trips to the location, with no direct line to contact them in the meantime. As compensation, the front desk associate offered a 2-day rental refund, pending manager approval. The manager approved it on the spot and confirmed my account had notes on file. No refund was issued after pickup. I followed up again upon returning the vehicle — the manager personally assured me I wouldn’t have to keep chasing this. Still no refund. Every attempt to resolve this — whether through the location directly or general customer care — has led nowhere. Save yourself the frustration and look elsewhere. You will keep going in circles trying to reach them because they have no direct line and the general customer care number will not help.
