When I arrived, the staff greeted me warmly and had everything ready to go. They took the time to explain the rental agreement, vehicle features, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. The check-in process was quick, and I was on the road in no time. The vehicle itself exceeded my expectations. It was spotless inside and out, well-maintained, and drove perfectly throughout my trip. It was clear that SIXT takes pride in the quality of their fleet.   Ray was exceptional! The car is rented was damaged when returned. Instead of giving me a lower vehicle he up graded me. Great costumer service and quick response time. He even reviewed the features on the bmw. Thanks!

  Horrible experience! 0/10. I’ve wasted two different days and two uber trips getting to this location. The first time for them to tell me my car wasn’t clean so they couldn’t give it to me because it was 5oclock and they were about to close but if it’s been reserved since 2 then why wasn’t it already cleaned? Then I come the second day and they’re telling me they don’t accept my bank which isn’t a prepaid back or cashapp. Nothing online said that I couldn’t use regions so now I’m out of over $75 in Ubers with no rental and I have to find a way to get home yet again. I wouldn’t waste your time at all with this place. I’m very frustrated and overwhelmed with this whole process. The communication could’ve been more clear and they could’ve stated that they didn’t accept certain payments and I could’ve not wasted my time and money.

  I accidentally left my Texas Tolltag in my rental. There is no way to call the actual location, just a support line, so I put in a lost item inquiry online with the exact location of the item on 9 June 2026. They send a confirmation email saying they received my request and will look for the item. On 27 June 2026 I receive an email saying they are still looking for my lost item. Yesterday, 29 June 2026, I see the toll tag has been used 10 different times on that day. Someone is using my toll tag that they said they couldn’t find. I canceled my toll tag now but was hoping I could just pick it up. A Sixt employee either stole my toll tag, or they are letting customers use it in the rental. I am at fault for leaving it in there, but I wanted to leave this review to let people know.
