  Extremely disappointing experience with Sixt, especially because of the way I was treated by the manager. My rental had already been paid for, but my reservation was canceled because I was late. I understand that companies have policies regarding late arrivals, but the way this situation was handled was completely unacceptable. The biggest problem was the manager’s attitude. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. Instead of trying to understand the situation or provide any reasonable solution, she spoke to me in a disrespectful manner and made me feel like my concerns were completely irrelevant. There was no attempt to provide helpful customer service or find a reasonable resolution. I had already paid for the rental, and I expected at the very least to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism. Being spoken to that way by a manager made an already frustrating situation significantly worse. Policies are one thing, but treating paying customers with disrespect is another. Sixt needs to seriously improve its customer service and, more importantly, address how its managers handle complaints and difficult situations. This was one of the worst rental-car customer service experiences I have ever had. Based on this experience, I would think twice before using Sixt again.

  Booked BMW X5. Verified in person a day before. Got car confirmation. Next day came to pick up - no car. They offered me something else... but no car... needed to wait for service. How this is acceptable? When I complaint the rude lady told me take off. WOW. Really great service. It seems that Sixt cant change their ways. They promised the world and when they need to deliver they just come with all sort of stories. Bad service. Wont use them in the future.

  Cuando uno renta un vehículo le entregan una dirección para la devolución en el aeropuerto y cuando uno llega a la dirección resulta no ser ahí y con la poca amabilidad y pasiciencia un ejecutivo solo te da una tarjeta con un QR code. Para que lo escanees y supuestamente llegues a la dirección la cual nuevamente te envía a otro lugar diferente la cual tampoco es y es en ese momento donde te das cuenta que solo te toca a ti hacerte de investigador para localizar el punto de regreso del vehículo la verdad eso me dio asco hacer ese proceso por qué no se dan cuenta que al al momento de regresar el vehículo es uno de los más importantes considerando que la mayoría de personas llegamos con poco tiempo para poder abordar el avión y eso sucede en el 90% de los casos y no es intencional es solo que aunque uno se aliste con anticipación siempre salen cosas inesperadas con la familia o en el camino . Después de todo esto debo decir que las personas que entregan en auto en el hotel son las mejores y aman su trabajo a diferencia de las personas que están en el aeropuerto se creen que es un mega favor que nos están haciendo y se olvidan que estamos pagando por un servicio .

  Don't waster your time and money. I reserved a small car but they tried to sell me SUV and asked me to come back later for small car. After I came back at given time, they said still its not available 😔.

  The rental process was quick and seamless. The staff was helpful, and the car was clean and in perfect condition. I encountered no issues. Update: I’ve rented from the SIXT location inside the Marriott Dallas/Addison Quorum twice now, and overall my experience has been positive. On my second rental, I wanted to switch to a different vehicle because I’m currently looking to buy a new car and thought it would be a good opportunity to try another model. The staff checked for other options, but unfortunately they didn’t have another vehicle available in the same range. They offered to let me keep the car I had just returned, which was perfectly fine with me. The difficulty came from their computer system. It was extremely slow and kept generating red flags, preventing the staff from completing the rental. They eventually had to involve their manager, and after more than an hour, everything was finally sorted out and I was able to take the same car I had dropped off. I want to emphasize that the delay was clearly a system issue, not a reflection of the employees. The staff, including the manager, were very helpful, patient, professional, and genuinely tried to resolve the problem as quickly as they could. One other thing worth mentioning: the location can be somewhat difficult to find if you haven’t been there before. The SIXT office is actually inside the Marriott Dallas/Addison Quorum, so knowing that in advance will make it much easier to locate. I’m deducting one star only because the system issue caused more than an hour of delay; the staff themselves were excellent and did everything they could to help. Despite the frustrating system delay during my second rental, the customer service itself has been very good, and I would rent from this location again.
